Requirements:
1. Diploma or Fresh Graduate (S1) Administration with 2 years experiences / Senior High School with 5 years experiences in the administration job.
2. Fluent in English both verbal and written.
3. Have a good skill on Microsoft Office program and other computer application program will be preferred.
4. Good knowledge administration such as documents, records, performance reporting, analysis data, etc.
5. Willing to travel to all company’s sites.
6. Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update all HSE Management System Performance Data (PHASES).
2. Compile and summarize HSE data for weekly and monthly report.
3. Input hazobs reported, inspections, minutes of HSE meetings, inductions record, PPE issue and register, and other HSE activities into Data base.
4. Maintain project HSE data / files both hard and electronic files.
5. Monitor status outstanding actions of hazobs, incidents recommendations, and inspections/audit and remind sites the status.
6. Prepare some HSE data or performance report needed by external parties (Government / Clients)
7. As periodical to update HSE Information Displaying (HSE Performance, HSE Alert, Information, etc.)
8. Organize all HSE meeting and event schedule periodically with internal HSE Department, all HSE Committee meeting internal company, and meeting with Suppliers or Clients.
9. Proactive contribution in building best Behavior Based Safety in the Department.
10. Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements

Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Geodetic Engineering
2. Min. 2 years experiences as a Surveyor
3. Hold POP competency
4. Competent in use of Ms. Office
5. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
6. Outstanding leadership skill
7. Able to operate mining survey equipment
8. Willing to be placed in all project
9. May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Collect and develop survey data and maintain the database to ensure the accordance with the set of standard procedures and systems.
2. Conduct field surveys in good time and accurately determine quantities necessary for the submission of monthly progress claims.
3. Collect acurate daily survey and download data into the computer to ensure datas are interpreted accurately by the Survey Draftsman.
4. Coordinate and liase with Engineering & Constructions Team to ensure that construction designs are being properly implemented in the field.
5. Use and maintain survey software in order to ensure efficiency in survey activities.
6. Coach and mentor Survey Assistant and provide them with skills in order to collect the survey pick-ups in the absence of a Surveyor.
7. Contribute to the compilation of tenders by providing Mine planning and design support needed by the Estimator.
