<b>Operator (Samarinda) <br />(Code: OP)</b></center>
<b>Function:</b><br />Fill the tankers safely and meet the customers´
expectations in accordance to quantity and quality, order of loading and
security standards set by the company.<br />
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br />1. Receive orders from cargo to enter
and monitor cargo tanks. Drain tanks and filters. Fill fuel into tankers
arriving at the Terminal, in a fast and safe manner, by means of the
loading equipment. Seal the upper inlets of the tank and the discharge
valves of the same, in order to secure the load to the customer. Comply
with all safety measures of the Terminal at all times. <br /> 2. Revise
and fill in all documentation required for filling trucks, verifying
with the driver the product (s) to be loaded as well as the volume(s) of
the same. Fill cards loaded with API, temperature and time of loading.
Revise tankers before filling and report any pertinent situations. <br />
3. Maintain a clean work area at all times. Provide maintenance services
to the loading equipment and execution of the preventive maintenance
program of the Terminal, without interfering with the daily filling of
trucks (valves and pipes). Calibration of flow meters. Hydrostatic
testing of piping. Enable and disable the electric motors for pumps,
tanks, filling rack. <br /> 4. Participate in all training courses
scheduled by the Superintendence of the Terminal, as well as in all
contingency drills. Give logistical support in Terminal. Comply with
any other task entrusted by the Superintendent within the operations of
the Terminal.<br />
<b>Competencies:</b><br />- Detail-oriented with high attention span , with ability to detect abnormalities. <br /> - Teamwork, <br /> - Proactive.<br />

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder is accountable for commissioning preparation, execution, documentation and handover to operations. Main activities will include:
• Provide input to the overall commissioning completion planning for the FPU
• Be fully conversant with all disciplines involved in a live commissioning functional test.
• Be fully conversant with all systems involved in a live commissioning functional test.
• Ensure that all documentation required for Commissioning and Start-up activities is available and correct
• Monitor and assist with preparing detailed Commissioning Procedures and Executive Summaries
• Monitor and assist with identifying test equipment requirements.
• Monitor and assist with identifying utility requirements, chemicals etc. required for commissioning.
• Prepare and organize utilities system functional test and provide experience for trouble shooting activities
• Prepare and organize process system functional test and provide experience for trouble shooting activities
Prepare and organize the integrated commissioning procedure involving all systems located on the FPU in order to reach a safe start up
Qualifications & Experience:
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
• At least 10 years of experience in offshore commissioning of oil/ gas field development projects
• Previous Upstream Engineering Floating Production Unit commissioning experience would be advantage
• Experienced in operation for offshore gas facilities is beneficially
2. Insulation Technician:
a. Understand insulation methods, insulation application and inspection methods
b. Capable to use inspection equipment
c. Has sufficient understanding of insulation defects
d. Shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years continuous experience in insulation inspection for different structures and equipment
3. Coating Inspector (RAC):
a. Shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years continuous experience in external and internal coating inspection for different structures and equipment
b. Shall have IRATA Certificate level 1 / level 2
4. Blaster (RAC):
a. Shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years continuous experience in external and internal coating inspection for different structures and equipment
