We are currently expanding and looking for highly qualified Fresh Graduate candidates to join the group trough the following development program:
MDP (MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM) Through this 10 months development program at mining sites in our organization, the employee will be able to understand thoroughly the coal mining industry, how it operates, and thus, will be able to develop skills, knowledge and working attitude needed in the industry. The Employee will be entitled to receive living allowances, incentives, full-board accommodation, and medical coverage according to organization’s standard.
If you are:
1. Bachelor Degree from Information Technology, Information System, Psychology, Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Legal with minimum GP 3.00
2. Graduated not more than 2 years from your University
3. Proficient in English
4. Computer Literate
5. Have Good Non Academic Achievements during Campus Life
6. Dynamic, persistent, collaborative, great can-do attitude, flexible, comfortable facing Senior Management

GEOLOGYST We are seeking a Geologyst to support our organization in geotechnical work and site investigation. The daily tasks are consulting geological maps and aerial photographs to advise on site selection; assisting with the design of built structures; using specialized computer software or calculations; collating data and producing reports; overseeing the progress of specific contracts; planning detailed field investigations by drilling and analysing samples of deposits/bedrock; supervising site and ground investigations; advising on and testing a range of construction materials, for example sand, gravel, bricks and clay; making recommendations on the proposed use of a site and providing information; and advising on problems such as subsidence.
Skills we are expecting for the position:
- Undergraduate university degree in geology, geoscience or earth science
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to understand basic engineering principles
- Passion about the geological and natural environment
- Mapping techniques
- Ability to work with teams of people from a wide range of backgrounds
