COST CONTROLLER (CC) - CIKARANG BASE

Responsible to ensure standard price and standard cost of material is well maintained (TP, Plan freight and Plan Duty). To control and analyze variances (PPV, Production, material revaluation, labor, overhead variances). To ensure industrial month and closing is properly done and on time. To ensure costing plan is accurate as per Industrial rules.

Requirements:
1. Minimum S1 degree in Accounting (minimum GPA 3.00)
2. Experienced in costing minimum 5 years.
3. Computer skills needed; SAP Costing Module, Excel Advanced, Microsoft Access
4. Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
5. Other skills: analytical skill, communication skill, teamwork skill.
6. Be able to work under pressure and tight deadline, high Integrity and fast learning.

PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT DUKHAN

Electrical Engineer
BSc. in Electrical Engineering and has Chartered Engineer or equivalent certification. Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment high voltage and medium voltage power in the oil and gas or related petrochemical industry. Has the experience in respect to the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of process control and turbine control instrumentations ranging from conventional electronic and pneumatic to computer/microprocessor based control systems at respective area stations.

Field Production Supervisor
BSc. in an engineering discipline preferably in Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years experience in hydrocarbon processing experience including at Least 4 years in a supervisory position. Has experience in production operations with hydrocarbons, Powered Water injection, Gas Lift and Wellhead Maintenance requirements. Able to review daily production reports, coordinate field activities and processes and regulate production. Has the experience in coordinating plan for shutdown, chairing shutdown meetings, reviewing requirements for well/process tests for work schedule. Monitor tests and sample data to assess the quality of product. Participate in the development & feasibility testing of new equipment.

General Lab Technician
Completed secondary education followed by 2 years full time training in laboratory trades to ONC level or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in chemistry lab or any other related discipline. Has the experience in collection, preparation and performing routine and non-routine Lab analyses. Must be able to organize and supervise lab activities and equipment functionalities. Attended relevant courses in safety and plant operations.

Technician/General Technician (Mechanical)
Completed secondary education followed by 2 years full time training in Mechanical trade to OND level or equivalent. Minimum 9 years of experience in maintenance of turbines, compressors, pumps and associated equipment, with emphasis on the maintenance of heavy plant and equipment in the oil and gas industry.

Technician (Electrical)
Completed secondary education followed by 2 years full time training in electrical trades to ONC level or equivalent. Minimum 6 years experience in electrical mainframes and repair work in oil and gas industry. Able to diagnose and remedy faults and carry out preventive maintenance on variety electrical equipment such as generators, HI & LT switchgears, motors and motor control centres, transformers, UPS, batteries and chargers, lighting circuits, variable speed drives, heat treatment devices, PLC system, switching up to and including 415V.

Technician (Instrument)
Completed secondary education, followed by a minimum of 2 years full time training in instrument maintenance, electronic and microprocessor equipment to ONC level or equivalent. Minimum 4 years experience in maintenance and repair of wide range of instrumentation, electronic, pneumatic, gas turbine and gas compression control and protection systems, logic microprocessor based control equipment. Have good knowledge of safety practices relating to Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry.

Field / General Operator
Completed Secondary education followed by 2 years full time training in relevant courses in safety and plant operations. Minimum 5 years experience in operating Process Plant in hydrocarbon processing / production industry. Experience in production facilities, operation of production equipments & stations and DCS plant operations,

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:
• To design, develop, implement, support and perform activities related to the identification and management of Talents. Focus is on, though not limited to Succession planning, Performance Management and Leadership Development for the organization.
• Coordinate the in-house mentoring program while making continuous improvement in the program design and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a robust cross checking & monitoring on production floor.
• Assuring that corrective actions & preventive actions are attended to, on time with adequate actions.
• Prepare timely inspection reports & documentation.

Requirements:
• Shall be certified as WELDING INSPECTOR through CSWIP 3.0, CSWIP 3.1, AWS, & for B4T.
• Diploma in Engineering is preferred, but not essential.
• Having at least 2 years of experience in similar work / position.
• Should be able to work independently & consistently under a challenging onshore and offshore construction environment.
• Familiarity with international codes / standard is essential.
