Country Contract Manager
Position Description:
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and manage contract management activities and/or assigned team.
- Execute assigned contracts accordance with Wärtsilä Services guidelines, the Contract Management process and general management practices in a safe and cost effective way.
- Implement Contract Management action plans, processes and guidelines in the assigned responsibility area.
- Follow-up customer satisfaction and ensure that agreed actions are taken in the area or in the assigned responsibility area.
- Plan, budget and manage result of the work within the scope of the contract.
- Optimise assets such as inventories, receivables, fixed assets etc. tied to the contract.
- Maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure quality of work related to the contract execution.
- Follow up financial, operative and technical performance through reviews and reporting and take corrective actions.

- Prof/Contract Management skills Contract Management Budgeting&Reporting
- Contract Management Process knowledge
- Prof/Engine and technical skills Parameter trending & analysis
- Prof/Technical skills (common) Auxiliary system knowledge

Education:
S1 / S2 Technical / Master iniManagement

Experience:
5 - 7 years in the same position

Senior Logistic and Custom Officer
Position Description:
a. Handling and coordinationg all the export and import process in WID
b. Logistic coordinator for all shipment process in Indonesia
c. Responsible to perform the invoicing process (for sparepart)

QUALIFICATIONS
Desired Skills:
- Solid experience in handling custom and duty in accordance with Indonesia duty regulation and practice
- Having experience in handling custom/duty audit
- Technical sound in handling logistic matters
- Good communication, teamwork and negotiation skill
- Attention to detail
- SAP knowledge/experience is advantage
- Having basic understanding in taxation & accounting matters

Education:
Bachelor

Experience:
3 - 5 years experiences in the same field
