Agro Indomas is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 60,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur. Assistant Manager RSPO
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Assist RSPO Coordinator in facilitate the RSPO steering committee at the corporate level to oversee and supervise the implementation of RSPO and P&C
- Assist RSPO Coordinator to establish working groups within all operation units to work on the internalization and immersion of RSPO P&C and ensure compliance and implementation of RSPO P&C
- Assist to establish the requirement and policy in compliance to RSPO P&C and monitor the system and implement improvement
- Assist to enforcing and correcting any non-conformance to RSPO P&C and tracking progress from all operations units
- Assist in translating and analyzing gaps and discrepancies and establish management system to ensure consistent compliance to the standard requirement and maintain record of compliance
- Assist RSPO Coordinator to coordinate with stakeholders with regards to consultation and public engagements in certification process
- Assist in creating a new mindset of top management cascading to workers and contractor to comply with the RPSO P&C and National Interpretation (NI) and improve the management of all operations units and business model in day to day activities
- Assist to enhance the current corporate culture, structure and processes and relevant policies in conformance with RPSO P&C
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy/Natural Resource Management/Forestry, Biology, Environment, Health & Safety or equivalent.
- Preferred skill(s): RSPO related (i.e. AMDAL).
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in Palm Oil business is an advantage
- Experience in AMDAL, B3 management,environment management system, and RPSO certification
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent. Job role in Agriculture/Plantation or equivalent.
- Proven experience with project and staff management
- Proven ability to deal with a range of stakeholders including local community, NGO and government agencies
