Business Analyst
(Assignment: Jakarta)
To prepare corporate rolling plan, monthly management report, coordination of annual budget and re-budgeting compilation and presentation, and to assist other daily and ad hoc activities to analyse and identify risks & opportunities which contribute to the achievement of the organisations improvement, as well as short and long-term goals.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. Min. 3 years of working experience.
3. Ability to develop clear, concise and accurate report summaries.
4. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent oral and written English.

Responsibilities:
1. Support preparation of Business Plan including reforecast and socialization.
2. Timely consolidation and analysis for Monthly Management Report (Financial & Operational).
3. Understand the Logistics services business and support in new Project financial feasibility evaluation.
4. Working with Supply Chain Management in analyzing monthly performance and creating reports as required by the management from time to time.

Business Development Manager
(Assignment: Jakarta)
To identify and convert prospects that can be efficiently won by Petrosea whilst minimising the project risk borne by Petrosea. This involves directing and controlling Engineering & Project Management business development function by providing leadership, direction and support to the activity.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering.
2. Min. 10 years previous experience in business development in construction sector.
3. Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Committed to delivering the best possible service to the internal or external client.
5. Able to travel regionally at short notice.
6. Able to work extended hours to meet / entertain clients and owners.
7. Able to generate and deliver innovative solutions to bring organisations together.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and develop business development strategy in engineering & project management such that clients choose Petrosea by negotiation rather than open tender.
2. Identify the projects that can be won with whilst minimising wasted estimating effort.
3. Plan out tasks for business development staff including their interpersonal management to ensure employee satisfaction.
4. Ensure projects that are won have low commercial risk.
5. Develop, manage and control the business development budget in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Locate technology partners that when combined with Petrosea will enable alternate projects to be delivered.
7. Establish and maintains effective work relationship within the department, the company and the community, and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities to achieve good working relation between office members.

Identify target customer and pursue business opportunity from external client that aligns with companys short-term and long-term business goals.
Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor Degree from Business Management, or relevant major from reputable university.
2. Minimum 4 years working experiences in Oil & Gas upstream business.
3. Strong network in Oil & Gas upstream business and its support services.
4. Good Analytical Thinking.
5. Good Communication Skill.
6. Fluent in Bahasa & English.

Responsibilities:
1. Capture business opportunities, lead meetings and negotiations with potential clients.
2. Ensure to maintain a good relationship between company and existing client.
3. Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients.
4. Present for review by the BD Manager the Client Proposal documentation prior to review by management.
5. When requested, carry out peer review of Client Proposal compiled by other Proposal Offices, checking for completeness and accuracy.
6. In conjunction with BD Manager responsible for continually maintaining and updating the data base of company statistics, work history, company capability information, company association and licenses.
7. Ensure reproduction of Proposal documentation is accurate.

Cost Controller
(Assignment: Site and Jakarta)
Ensure cost control process, budget and control cost/expenditure status, and forecasting process are running effectively on a daily basis; and also ensure security of company profitability in order to support company success.
Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor Degree in any disciplines.
2. Min 3 years experiences in related area.
3. Have a good skill on MS Office Program and other computer program will be preferred.
4. Will be required to work flexible hours to meet reporting guidelines.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager to maintain and control the cost control system, in accordance with Petrosea procedures, from contract award to contract completion.
2. Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager to prepare project monthly report.
3. Responsible to expedite information required for monthly reports for management.
4. Cooperate with service, maintenance and accounting functions to obtain accurate cost information.
5. Responsible to obtain information cost and earning progress information.
6. Responsible to enter data in an accurate and timely manner into the project cost control system.

General Manager
(Assignment: Jakarta)
To lead, manage and develop the Engineering and Project Management (EPM) business line, such that the business fully supports the company strategies and delivers the annual budget as set by Petrosea.
Requirements:
1. Min bachelor degree in Engineering from reputable university.
2. Min 15 years experiences in related field, out of which 5 years in senior managerial position.
3. Broad knowledge of commercial and industrial construction, engineering and design.
4. Good leadership and ability to maintain budget.
5. Demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and control project activities to anticipate impediments of project progress and to assist in the resolution of problems which may adversely affect project design, cost or schedule to ensure all project operations are well performed.
2. Plan and develop strategy in Engineering & Project Management business line in order to achieve and enhance quality performance in the overall engineering function.
3. Approve client specifications and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the works.
4. Develop, manage and control the capital budget for the department and supervise the preparation of funding requests for capital projects to ensure all engineering activities are comply with the current procedures and regulations. This consists of:
a. Annual Budget
b. Overhead Budget
5. Establish, review, and communicate timely report for internal and external purpose in department activities requiring comprehension of all phase of the department including project in order to monitor progress, cost forecasts and schedules.

Marine & Emergency Response Coordinator
(Assignment: Tanjung Batu Site)
Managing all marine issues within POSB and emergency precaution and able to act professionally when emergency occur. Responsible for administrating a sound and effective emergency prevention program. Supervise to ensure immediate act by ERT. He also must ensuring day to day emergency preparedness within the site is in correct manner.
Oversee and coordinate in ensuring all operation related to marine is safe and comply with regulation. Managing POSB marine transport fleet and enforcing marine subcontractor to comply with all information stated on the contract agreement.
Managing and coordinating PFSO, and active participate for ISPS accreditation.
Direct, monitor and evaluate emergency response procedure.
To coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance all emergency management program to prepare for and direct the actions in the event of an emergency.
Requirements:
1. At least senior high school or D-3 from marine university or merchant marine with minimum 5 years progressively and has experience working onboard vessel and experience in emergency coordinator or crisis management.
2. Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
3. Maintaining an established work schedule.

Responsibilities:
1. An emergency coordinator maintains accurate and updated emergency strategies, coordinates internal activities related to crisis management and provides periodic updates to management.
2. The coordinator also communicates with peers, superiors and subordinates, solves difficult problems and makes decisions.
3. Responsibility for the setting the emergency direction and strategy.
4. Custodian of emergency Risk registers and POSB ER procedure.
5. Conducts assessments, reviews and self-inspections. Analyzes and interprets results, recommends appropriate corrective actions, communicates results and follows-up on issues or concerns until completion.
6. Develops, coordinates, facilitates and maintains crisis management policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to the emergency management goals of: Protecting life, health, and safety; Securing and protecting facilities, property and equipment from loss; Continuously assessing the effectiveness of the policies, procedures, activities and ERT structure and provide feedback for continuous improvements.
7. Reviews and updates programs, and procedures ensuring inclusion of any legislation update.
8. Utilizes best practices in emergency management and planning.
9. Reviews and investigates an emergency accident, compiling findings and recommendations for corrective actions into summary report.
10. Develops, implements, and coordinates emergency training. Prepare and deliver appropriate training to all ERT.
11. Works with all Managers to facilitate, implement, maintain and exercise an effective continuity plan that strives to reduce the possibility that operations will be interrupted in the event of a Emergency.
12. Provides technical knowledge on emergency preparedness and related issues, plans, and projects for implementation.
13. (if required) Assists with the design, development and implementation of emergencies preparedness plans and training programs, emergency drills, department level emergency and mitigation plans.
14. Actively assist the HSE Manager, Operation Manager, and Base Manager to communicate, both written and verbally, with senior management, supply base personnel and the various Clients to ensure an open and ethical work environment.

20. Organize regularly meeting with all ERT.
21. Prepare and ensure availability of emergency equipments and not limited in Medevac, Confined space, Fire fighting, and oil spill equipment.
22. Carry out regular inspection to all facilities include ER equipment above and drills periodically.
23. Achieving HSE Target Zero Incident by complying with ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001, and POSB Golden rules.
24. Oversee marine operation within POSB operation e.g. check and make sure speedboats and longboats are following procedures.
25. Oversee and coordinate with owner of the LCT include master of the LCT in order to comply with marine regulation, ISM code and ISPS regulation.
26. Carry out regular inspection on LCT and speedboat nor longboat, address all finding promptly.
27. Initiate required drill related to marine and ISPS.
28. Develop or ensure POSB marine management system is made/followed.
29. Coordinate with all POSB PFSO and SSO from all vessels in order maintain good standards. Initiate a drills regularly.
30. Guide and teach all speedboat and longboat operator on how to understand basic navigation watch keeping, regulation of preventing collusion at sea, how to use RADAR.
31. Manage no pollution to the water, and have a good coordination to POSB ERT in order to act as fast as possible if oil spill to the water occurred. Understand about SOLAS and MARPOL and contribute the best effort to adopt them.
32. Oversee marine transport fleet, check and making sure all necessary information on the contract agreement have properly been followed, if not enforce subcontractor to follow it correctly.
33. Focal point of contact for any audit or inspection to the LCT, speedboat or longboat service companies.
34. Manage jetty masters, roro jetty operation in daily basis.
35. Oversee jetty operation, make sure all required life saving appliances at the jetty are available.
36. Making sure jetty has good housekeeping, all fire fighting equipments at the jetty area has good function.
37. Maintain standard in order to ensure ISPS accreditation.
38. Active communicate and coordinate with BPN coast guards, port authority, fire brigade, BASARNAS.

Project Manager
(Assignment: Site and Jakarta)
Plan, direct and control a project from the date of award to the issue of a practical completion certificate and ideally be involved until end of the maintenance period to ensure a project is running well, completed on time and to budget in accordance with all the company standard procedures and to the total satisfaction of the clients.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering
2. Min. 12 years experiences in construction and engineering.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles, practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management.
4. Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation
5. Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates
6. Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
7. Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program.
8. Willing to work extended hours to meet the deadline.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and control the flow of work for a construction project, including estimating time, supplies and personnel required for completing the project to ensure that projects are being carried out according to established plan.
2. Direct, control and execute the Project by conducting a kick off meeting with the Project Team, assign duties and responsibilities as detailed in the functional matrix in order to ensure project initial are well managed.
3. Direct, review and analyse client specifications and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system are understood and implemented.
4. Prepare, control and implement project budgets, construction schedules, project reporting, progress assessment and project execution plan, take personal responsibility and accountability for cash flow, receivables and return on capital of the project to ensure budgets are meet with operational needs and requirements.
5. Interface and coordinate subcontract activities to ensure that they will support the achievement of project aims and the support of company construction objectives.
6. Direct, monitor and utilize companys equipment efficiently, maintain schedule compliance on planned maintenance and reduce cost as appropriate in order to optimize asset utilization.
7. Direct, submit and negotiate claims to settlement as required to ensure that progress claims are submitted and paid in a timely manner.
8. Plan, analyse and establish detailed cost forecasts, manage variations in order to close out to maximise returns in a timely manner.
9. Direct, control and manage all statutory permits and approvals as required to proceed with the contract to ensure all permits and formalities are complete and valid.
10. Establish to maintain and manage all stakeholder interests to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations, community relations and staff welfare in all aspects of the project.
11. Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

PROJECT PLANNER/SCHEDULER
(Assignment: Site and Jakarta)
To create and develop a schedule of work activities for a Project which clearly shows the work breakdown structure, critical path activities, progress earned to date and programme to completion.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor Degree of Engineering.
2. Min. 3 years experiences as planner/scheduler.
3. Knowledge of Primavera Project Planner (P3) or associated software and demonstrate competency in producing effective formatted schedules and reports.
4. Knowledge of best practices in project control and scheduling.
5. Ability to design and calculate cost of a project.
6. Ability to establish policies and procedures.
7. Familiar with project management and project resources (labour, material and plant).
8. Ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
9. Ability to communicate effectively.
10. Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop procedure for design and construction project management scheduling, including coding, resources allocation and cost loading of design and construction schedules.
2. Plan and organize work program; establish and monitor controls to evaluate unit performance; take appropriate action to correct performance and to adjust programs to meet requirements.
3. Analyse and interpret schedules prepared by outside consultants and contractors, merger them into a single composite master schedule, which is summarized, as required, for various levels of use
4. Establish and maintain effective means of coordinating unit plans and schedule with other organization units; report delays and problem promptly and take appropriate actions to maintain effective coordination of activities; ensure that unit activities do not conflict with organization goals.
5. Assist in the analysis of claim, utilizing schedule information and capabilities of the scheduling system to provide accurate picture of project activities.

Rigging & Scaffolding Foreman
(Assignment: Site)
Monitor and coordinate rigging and scaffolding daily activities to ensure rigger and scaffolder work are performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform with companys standard and policies.
Requirements:
1. Min. High School Degree.
2. Min. 3 years experiences as a Rigger & Scaffolder foreman Min in Plant/Process environment or similar capacity.
3. BP Migas certified and Basic Rigging certified would be an advantage.
4. Knowledge in various rigging, lifting, and scaffolding techniques.
5. Proactive safety attitude.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and supervise of the activities of The Rigger and Scaffolder, including preparation of tools and consumables require to establish and maintain the project.
2. Responsible in maintain and repair rigging and scaffolding system in Site /Project.
3. Check and examine all rigging and scaffolding equipment location and economizing by using test equipment standard and observe its function.
4. Conduct formal annual performance review all direct reports, identifying strengths and weaknesses, training needs and agreeing upon goals for the future.
5. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance counselling as required for all direct reports.
6. Prepare and submit reporting required.
7. Communicate and Monitor safety procedures implementation in work environment and process in order to maintain safety awareness at all times and adhere to Petrosea guidelines and regulations in this respect.
8. Review and analyse of failure to plant, monitor degradation and report pending equipment failure for compilation into backlog.

Surveyor
(Assignment: Site)
Conduct ocular inspections of proposed plant site to plan the optimum design of proposed construction.
Requirements:
1. Min Diploma Degree in Engineering.
2. Min. 2 years experiences as a surveyor.
3. Able to operate survey equipment.
4. May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Willing to be placed in all project location.

Responsibilities:
1. Collect and develop survey data and maintain database to ensure the accordance with the set of standard procedures and systems.
2. Conduct field surveys in good time and accurately determine quantities necessary for the submission of monthly progress claims.
3. Collect accurate daily survey and download data into the computer to ensure data are interpreted accurately by the Survey draftsman.
4. Coordinate and liaise with engineering & constructions team to ensure that construction designs are being properly implemented in the field.
5. Use and maintain survey software in order to ensure efficiency in survey activities.
6. Coach and mentor Survey Assistant and provide them with skills in order to collect the survey pick-ups in the absence of a Surveyor.
