A SX-EW Plant will start producing up to 25,000 tonne per annum copper cathode deposits, with development activities commencing this year.

1. 1 (one) Sn. Maintenance Planner
Responsibility :
• Supervising the maintenance management systems
• Develop and mentor maintenance staff in using Minepoint systems
• Develop, implement and maintain weekly plan with Process and Maintenance Supervisors
• Assist in the preparation and maintaining the annual Maintenance Budget

Qualification-requirement:

Responsibility:
• Coordinate the trades people to ensure that they maintain a good housekeeping standard within their designated areas of work.
• Identify training needs and coordinate the trades peoples daily tasks to ensure that all training needs are met.
• Engage the crew in daily tool box meetings to identify safety hazards and method on how to control the hazards.
• Keep the crew informed of the progress made on the weekly maintenance schedule and identify upcoming jobs that will effect the operation of the plant.
• Engage the crews in policy and procedural changes to ensure that the crew both understand and support these documents.
• Using a computerized work order system (Minepoint) completion of work orders for planned and unplanned daily maintenance tasks.

Qualification-requirement:
• Strong hands-on exposure in mechanical maintenance for mineral processing plant with 5 years experience in a supervisory role
• Proven experience working with Jaw, Cone and mobile crusher
• Computer literate for microsoft office

3. 1(one) Sn. Mechanical Fitter (Fixed Plant)
Responsibility:
• Undertake all mechanical maintenance and repairs for all fixed plant equipment include pumps, agitator, pipe and valves, compressor, crusher, screen, conveyor in timely manner and comply with BTR safety policies and procedures
• Pro-actively identify the problems and organize any required works, parts or resources to ensure the mechanical availability is maximised
• Supervise and train local Mechanics to ensure the assigned tasks done correctly and safely

Marine & Emergency Response Coordinator
(Assignment: Tanjung Batu Site)
Managing all marine issues within POSB and emergency precaution and able to act professionally when emergency occur. Responsible for administrating a sound and effective emergency prevention program. Supervise to ensure immediate act by ERT. He also must ensuring day to day emergency preparedness within the site is in correct manner.
Oversee and coordinate in ensuring all operation related to marine is safe and comply with regulation. Managing POSB marine transport fleet and enforcing marine subcontractor to comply with all information stated on the contract agreement.
Managing and coordinating PFSO, and active participate for ISPS accreditation.
Direct, monitor and evaluate emergency response procedure.
To coordinate the development, implementation and maintenance all emergency management program to prepare for and direct the actions in the event of an emergency.
Requirements:
1. At least senior high school or D-3 from marine university or merchant marine with minimum 5 years progressively and has experience working onboard vessel and experience in emergency coordinator or crisis management.

24. Oversee marine operation within POSB operation e.g. check and make sure speedboats and longboats are following procedures.
25. Oversee and coordinate with owner of the LCT include master of the LCT in order to comply with marine regulation, ISM code and ISPS regulation.
26. Carry out regular inspection on LCT and speedboat nor longboat, address all finding promptly.
27. Initiate required drill related to marine and ISPS.
28. Develop or ensure POSB marine management system is made/followed.
29. Coordinate with all POSB PFSO and SSO from all vessels in order maintain good standards. Initiate a drills regularly.
30. Guide and teach all speedboat and longboat operator on how to understand basic navigation watch keeping, regulation of preventing collusion at sea, how to use RADAR.
31. Manage no pollution to the water, and have a good coordination to POSB ERT in order to act as fast as possible if oil spill to the water occurred. Understand about SOLAS and MARPOL and contribute the best effort to adopt them.
32. Oversee marine transport fleet, check and making sure all necessary information on the contract agreement have properly been followed, if not enforce subcontractor to follow it correctly.
33. Focal point of contact for any audit or inspection to the LCT, speedboat or longboat service companies.
34. Manage jetty masters, roro jetty operation in daily basis.
35. Oversee jetty operation, make sure all required life saving appliances at the jetty are available.
36. Making sure jetty has good housekeeping, all fire fighting equipments at the jetty area has good function.
37. Maintain standard in order to ensure ISPS accreditation.
38. Active communicate and coordinate with BPN coast guards, port authority, fire brigade, BASARNAS.

Project Manager
(Assignment: Site and Jakarta)
Plan, direct and control a project from the date of award to the issue of a practical completion certificate and ideally be involved until end of the maintenance period to ensure a project is running well, completed on time and to budget in accordance with all the company standard procedures and to the total satisfaction of the clients.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering
2. Min. 12 years experiences in construction and engineering.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles, practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management.

Monitor and coordinate rigging and scaffolding daily activities to ensure rigger and scaffolder work are performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform with companys standard and policies.

2. Min. 3 years experiences as a Rigger & Scaffolder foreman Min in Plant/Process environment or similar capacity.

General Accounting (code : GAC)
Jobdesc:
• Coordinate the change in Accounting Procedures, Accounting Manual, Business Process Procedure, Treasury Guidance and also coordinate the Reclassification Account for each month and review calculation of Corporate and Shareholder Dividend Tax.
• Perform Cash Call calculation to holding company and oversee billing Cash Call from associate and SKK Migas; and supervise activities in Company Cash & Treasury.
• Monitor and analyze of Companys Work Program and Budget as well as the Budget appropriation (Capital and Operating Expenses) requests and ongoing analysis of process constraint projects, and tracing costs back to underlying activities.
• Conduct a review of any data provided in connection with the realization of the budget and issue a report of budget realization accurately.
• Construct and monitor those cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide information to management
• Create Entitlement Calculation in Financial Statements, Financial Quarterly Report, General Ledger, etc.
• Perform calculations of production reconciliation of all measurement activity.

Requirements :
• Min. S1 in Accounting with minimum GPA. 3.00
• Min. 5 years experiences as Accountant in upstream company

Jobdesc:
• To ensure compliance with all cost control processes in compliance with Company Procedures and Project Requirements.
• Overseeing daily cost control functions per contract requirements.
• Overseeing monitoring and review of Contractor expenditures.
• Provide cost input to overall Project progress reports.
• Overseeing the checking and verification of Final Account and close Out of Contract.
• Reviewing cash flow, expenditure phasing including exposure data.
• Identifying and analyzing cost trend and instigating/coordinating any corrective actions required.

Production Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Evaluating inflow and outflow performance between the reservoir and the wellbore.
• Designing completion systems, including tubing selection, perforating, sand control, matrix stimulation, and hydraulic fracturing.
• Selecting artificial lift equipment, including sucker-rod lift (typically beam pumping), gas lift, electrical submersible pumps, subsurface hydraulic pumps, progressing-cavity pumps, and plunger lift.
• Selecting equipment for surface facilities that separate and measure the produced fluids (oil, natural gas, water, and impurities), prepare the oil and gas for transportation to market, and handle disposal of any water and impurities.
• Production monitoring and evaluation
• Asset management planning for production facilities
• Workover design and execution
• Production equipment design
• Cost estimating and production budgeting
• Interfacing with working interest partners, service companies and regulatory agencies
• Calculating economic oil lifting cost and calculate cost /barrel
• Monitoring and properly daily report oil & gas production and oil accounting
• Properly calculate forecast oil & gas production
• Experience 2-4 years in oil & production companies
