Requirements
• Aged between 40-50 years old.
• Degree in engineering or finance or higher.
• At least 10 years experiences in automotive industry (especially in lube/parts/service); however, general manufacturing experience is also acceptable.
• Strong leadership and people management skill with a strong sense of responsibility and with the ability to organize and plan strategically.
• Willing to take initiatives and possess to drive to improve the business performance.
• Highly numerate, detailed-focus, and analytical with strong problem solving skills.
• Good Interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, team player and independent.
Responsibilities:
THE JOB
• To head and ensure successful new business setup set-up and smooth running of business in Indonesia.
• Responsible in formulating and implementing business plans and programs.
• Lead the daily operational review of the Indonesia Company’s productivity.
• Identify Production Plant performance such as Quality performance, production rate performance, machines availability and overall equipment effectiveness achievement in daily manufacturing management of automotive parts and Assembly operation.
• Point of contact for Enterprise Risk Management, analysis, execution and monitoring.
• Lead critical process and efficiency of operations in Indonesia as well as managing cost, budget and timelines of the business.
• Managing the partners i.e. maintaining effective, productive and harmonious relationship with the partners whilst ensuring projects stay on track.
• Report to Director, Operations as well as Executive Director, Manufacturing & Engineering Division and UMW top management on current progress and keys initiatives to meet business plan revenue and financials.
Requirements:
• Age between 30-45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be able to lead the implementation of FLAG and knowledge of accounting policies & standards, Indonesia & Malaysian country laws and relevant financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the full spectrum of finance, treasury, forex, taxation, accounting & cost accounting, human resource and financial reporting functions.
• Champion the development & review of annual budgeting.
• Attend & present financial reports to BOD and EXCO at meeting of the company.
• Ensure compliance to Group Corporate Operating Policies on integrity, conduct & governance.
• Champion Financial analysis, its implications and corrective actions.
• Lead and manage cost, budget & timelines.
• Ensure management accounts and audited accounts are reviewed and reported on a timely basis and are consistent with and adhere to UMW Group accounting policies & standards, Indonesia Laws, Malaysian Laws and other relevant financial regulations.
• Lead the implementation of FLAG and Observe FLAG, company guidelines and reporting to stakeholders
• Lead the development and establishment of standard operating procedures whilst being compliant to UMW Group practice and procurement guidelines.
