Safety Dept. Head (CODE : SDH)
Melak -Kalimantan Timur • Responsible to ensure low levels of occupational accidents affecting employees and assets of the company by planning, coordinating and controlling the implementation of K3 Management System, both inside and outside the company according to the procedure area OHSAS 18000 (Occupational Health and Safety Operating System) and government regulations to effectively and efficiently.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, K3, Mining
• Experience min. 5 years as Safety Coordinator, Personal Protective, electrical, mechanical and construction system.
• Experience Occupational Health and Safety Operating System and government regulations
• Able to make Incident / accident Reporting and investigation system
• Familiar with Safety Management System.
Safety Supervisor (CODE : SS)
Melak - Kalimantan Timur • Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Ahli K3 Umum , Mining or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Safety management system
• Have Good Knowledge in Basic firefighting, Basic first Aid, JRA ( Job Risk Assessment), JSA ( Job Safety Analysis )
• Had experience in Safety management system, Management Risk, Audit SMK3, Ahli K3, Undang - undang K3
Mine Operation Supervisor (CODE : MO )
Melak – Kalimantan Timur • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, in Mining Engineer
• Experience in working as Mine Pit min. 2 years and
• Experience in manage working of mining contractor well understand about mining contractor
• Responsible to supervise log cutting, clear and grub activity with safety condition prepare location till ready for top soil removal or ob removal
• Experience to make LHP (Laporan Hasil Produksi) and reported to goverment
Government Relation Superintendent (CODE : GR)
Melak – Kalimantan Timur • Bachelor’s Degree Social & Politic, Law Studies or equivalent.
• Have good relations with all parties specially with government local or national
• Experience in same position min. 4 years
• Have very well knowledge about Permit and license updates
• Able to create report, database & manage the potential issues
• Experience in Kalimantan area
Field Survey Supervisor (CODE : FS)
Melak – Kalimantan Timur • Responsible to manage all requests for Survey Job & Develop Skill of Survey Crews
• Min Bachelor in Geodesi, or any field related
• Min 3 years’ experience as field survey
• Experience with arrange field survey team working job by Lasser Scanner
• Experience in arrange field survey team working job by Total Station
• Juru Ukur Tambang Certified
• POP Certified
• Certified on Lasser Scanner Usage
• Civil 3D software
Legal Manager (CODE : LM)
Jakarta – Jakarta Selatan • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent
• At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in Legal with focus areas on business lega. Knowledge on man power affair be an advantage
• Required Skills : Advocate Training Certificate, Contract Training Skills, BAR Certification, will be preferred
• Contract Drafting Skills for Mining Operation and Constructions
• Possession of Peradi Advocate License will be an advantage
Budget and Cost Controller (CODE : BCC)
Bontang - Kalimantan Timur • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Accountant / Financial Analyst / Cost Controller
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferably possess knowledge/experience in budgeting, cost accounting, cost management, concepts, policies, and principles to be able to build an integrated planning, budgeting and reporting process, and understanding about General Accounting business process.
• Preferably possess an understanding of mining industry (especially in national coal industry).
Project Control (CODE : PC)
Balikpapan - Kalimantan Timur • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Project Control Department
• Required skill(s): working experience in mining industry environment would be a distinct advantage, suitable balance between financial analysis- administration and managerial skill, conversant with the international quality & documentation standardization, safety procedures&business process management w/ sound experience in this fiied, conversant with procurement tools-data management system software-sap i-procurme, Proficient in the use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Project QA (QC Engineer)
Balikpapan - Kalimantan Timur • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Experience in Structure Organization
• Experience min. 4 years in HR, Preferably Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
HR Organization Management (CODE: HRS)
Melak - Kalimantan Timur • Develop Project Quality Plans, Procedures and Objectives including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in consultation with Project Management Team
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Knowledge in Primavera Software.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Willingly to be stationed in the site area
• No roster Applied in Baikpapan and mine site
• Melak - Roster available is 3 - 10 (three month in the field and 10 day off) or 6 – 2 (six weeks in the field and twelve days off)
• Able to work in the pressure environment and tight deadline, having good interpersonal and communications skill .
