Executive Director Job Location : Jakarta, Indonesia Responsibilities • Represent the Company in front of ESDM, Ministry of Forestry, and other related government ministries and authorities. • Oversee the operations of the Company and manage its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Directly lead and manage Human Resources/General Administration Team and Legal Team • Coordinate with the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the operation of the Company, to achieve Companys goal • Chair General Meeting of Shareholders and Board of Director meetings. • Other duties as assigned by the Board of Commissioners Qualifications • Strong management and supervisory skills and experience. • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Bahasa and English. • Comprehensive knowledge in company laws, coal mining law and regulations. • Work Experience as Executive or BOD/BOC member in the coal mining industry preferred HR/GA Manager Job Location : Jakarta, Indonesia Responsibilities • Responsible for overall HR functions of the Company including recruitment and staffing, people development, performance management, administrtaion, data management, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relation and etc. Qualifications • Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or other related education field. • Minimum 5 year job experience in HR field. • Good understanding in HR system, regulations and practices, preferably from coal mining company. • Fluent in both written and spoken English • Good computer skills Finance Manager Job Location : Jakarta, Indonesia Responsibilities • Financial

analysis, cost accounting, managerial accounting and treasury control.
• Manage the day-to-day financial activities of the Company ;
- Ensure that all financial transactions,systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards. Activities may include financial analysis and reporting.
- Advise finance controller on financial matters and on potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation.
- Ensure that tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
- Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and advisors (e.g., tax advisors, accounting firms) to ensure the Company receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop financial staff to ensure the Companys accounting activities are conducted accurately according to relevant accounting principle, standards and regulations.

Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Minimum 10 year experience in Accounting/Controlling or similar function
• Minimum 3 year working experience in mining company
• Having certificate Brevet A & B
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Good computer skills

Business Development Manager
Job Location : Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities
• Buiding up business partnership with various stakeholders
• Coordinate with relevant authorities & partners
• Analyze market and business conditions
• Prepare business materials & reports
• Follow up permit / approval process of the business

Qualifications
• Bachelors in business or engineering and MBA (or equivalent experience and related education)
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in energy & utilities, especially, coal and power sector
• Solid knowledge in project financing and funding structures and regulation practices
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Good computer skills
