The role of the Reporting and Compliance Supervisor is to assist Department in managing reporting and any compliance requested for Community Development Department and Community Relations Department in order to achieve company’s standard and government regulation. This position also manage departmental records management system.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor Degree preferably from English literature, Administration or Management science
2. 5 years of experience in mining company or multinational company with similar job description
3. Proficiency in English oral and written
4. Good knowledge in community development program and CSR
5. Good knowledge on database/records management system
6. Good knowledge in presentation and communication skill
7. Good knowledge on standard reporting system (Global Reporting Initiative/ Compliance to Government)
8. Good understanding in analytical and conceptual skills
9. Good understanding in leadership and influenial team building skills
10. Good experience in written reporting skill
11. Good monitoring and evaluation skill
12. Able to maintain confidentiality of information
