URGENTLY REQUIRED PT. Central Omega Resources Tbk a public mining and smeltering having its operation in Morowali Utara, Sulawesi Tengah, invites you to join our team to be based in our site in Morowali as: FINANCE/ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR --> 1 position Job Description The Finance/Accounting Supervisor will be reporting directly to the Finance Director in our Site office. You will be asked to establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, veriffing, and reporting financial information. Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): • Constructing weekly and monthly intemal reports, with detailed commentary around commercial implications • A major element of the role will require responsibillty for all tax matter hence the need to have strong background in Indonesia tax law • Maintaining financial security by establishing internal controls • Preparing and completing action plans on productivity, quality, determining system improvements and implementing change • Must have excellent technical accounting skills but with analytical or management accounting focus. Other key requirements include: • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required; postgraduate degree preferred • A minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in Finance/Accounting. • Ideally you will need to be an assertive individual • Having a background in a Multi Financing company is an advantage. • Excellent knowledge with Foreign Currency Transaction • Willing to work in Morowali Site, Sulawesi Tengah. • Excellent uhderstanding of Indonesia tax law Competencies: • Computer literate for Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point programs. • Good Communication, fluent written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Bahasa is a MUST • High Integrity and Values, Initiatives, Customer Focus, Teamwork and Cooperation, and Driving for Results • Leading People, Leading Change, Vision and Purpose, Organizational Awareness, Relationship Building SAFETY OFFICER Reports to Safety Manager,

the candidate wtIl spend most time at field and responsible to:
• Conduct daily safety inspection to support implementation of company’s policy on the health and safety management system (HSMS/SMK3) as wall improve health and safety awareness for employees and contractors
• Managing the EHS administration and report, and coordinate the safety function in the respective department
• Conduct daily safety inspection, and record any unsafe conditions and unsafe acts, and propose recommendation and evaluation for further actions.
• Supervise working activities in the plant area, mainly at the high risk places and safety preventive action.
• Assist superior in the safety incidents investigation, analyze and evaluation.
• Conduct regular inspection and regular maintenance on the safety equipments to ensure all equipments are in good condition and ready to use at any lime.
• Ensure a safe working condition in the working location to support the companys policy to achieve target zero accident
General Requirements:
• University graduate (D3/S1) with min 3 years working experience in the relevant area, preferably in construction
• Deep Understanding on mining manufacturing process or similar Industries, familiar with mining pilling operations and experience in mining safety is an advantage
• Strong knowledge in occupational safety and health procedures and regulations as wail risk assessment
• Familiar with Scaffolding, Civil Works Safety, Work at High, Lifting and Rigging, Methods statement
• Good technical skills in safety audit, inspection, work incident investigation.
• Hold government or standard safety certification (Ahli K3), familiar with permit to work system
• Able to identify unsafe working and workplace conditions and conduct incident investigation.
Competencies:
