INTERNAL AUDITOR
Main responsibilities:
• To work with commissioner and management to ensure an audit system is in place which ensures that all major risks are identified and analysed, on an annual basis.
• To plan, organise and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan which fulfils the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs.
• To coordinate coverage with the external auditors and ensure that each party is not only aware of the others work but also well briefed on areas of concern.
• To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor managements response and implementation.
• To review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information that is provided for management.
• Responsible for assisting the auditing of accounting and financial data of various departments within the organization.
• To provide both management and the audit committee with an opinion on the internal controls.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting with GPA min 2.8.
• 3 to 4 years proven track records as external auditor from a reputable public accounting firm.
• Experience as accountant and/ or internal auditor is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
• Self motivated to perform and manage multiple tasks on schedule.
IT HELPDESK
Responsibilities :
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
• Handle daily troubleshooting
• Maintain service level
• Follow standard help desk procedures
• Administer help desk software and prepare activity reports
• Redirect problems to appropriate resource
• Iidentify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
• stay current with system information, changes and updates
Requirements :
• Male, age 23 – 30 years old
• Indonesian Nationality with 1 years experience in same position
• Min S1 degree in computer science, networking or software engineering with GPA 2,75
• Good health, smart, good personality, and hard worker

MINE PLAN ENGINEER
Responsibilities :
• Ensure that Mine & Production Plans reflect production requirements and logical progression
• Review short term quality data for planning purposes and compare with production requirements
• Review long terms planning with off site s resources
• Mentoring of the company planning engineers in update planning software and hardware
• Review capabilities of the company planning staff and make recommendations as to potential, training needs
• Mine plan related to fleet utilization
• Pit design based on SR (Striping Ratio)
• Mine sequences

• Male, age 23 – 35 years old
• Indonesian Nationality with 2 years experience in Mine Planning Design and Engineer
• Min S1 degree majoring in Technical Geology with GPA 2,75

• Will implementing and handling of HR Policies, HR Management and procedures
• Planning, coordinating, and controlling, carrying out training and development activity

• Liaising with government, officials and others party
• Reviewing and evaluating HR practices and reports for Management
• Should always communicate & coordinate with the HO-Jakarta, above all things related
Requirements :
• Male/Female, max. 35 years old and dynamic person
• Min. Bachelor Degree on Law or Psychology or Human resources management or related discipline area from reputable university
• Having at least 2-5 years experience in HR Management. Preferable experienced from coal mining company business.
• Know well and understanding of HR function area, Recruitment, Training, Development, Industrial Relation and Employee Relation, Admin Personnel, Compensation & benefit, developing HR policy and procedures (SOPs) and able to make HR SOPs.
• Understanding Labor Law and Manpower regulation or others related government regulation.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office skills.
• Good command written and spoken in English
• Good Interpersonal Skills, time management and organizational skills
