TASK & Responsibilities : - Provide leadership and assistants in driving organizational improvements and development through the implementation of best HR practices
- Ensuring efficient coordination and team performance in accordance with the strategic plan
- Develop, implement, review, improve and monitor HR Standard Operating Procedures applicable to company operations in all work areas
- Liaison with the Government authorities and other external related parties
- Represent the interest of the HR Department in strategic planning
- Ensuring company compliance to regulations on HR policies
Education : Candidates must possess a post graduate’s degree; an advanced degree or professional certification preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Special Qualifications : - Must have demonstrated proficiency with applicable Government Labor Laws/regulations and management theories, including policy/procedure development and labor union activities
- Effective interface with diverse groups, along with good communication, negotiation, and presentation skill.
- Thorough knowledge of HR programs, policies and related practices coupled with strong organizational skill in the areas of operations, budget and project administration
- Excellent Leadership skills with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- A Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law / Management - S1 with related professional training
- Effective supervisory skills.
- Demonstrate management commitment to Safety, Health and Environment
- Excellent communication in English
Experiences : - Requires at least 10 years progressive human resources generalist experience with more than five years at senior management level in a high-volume environment.
- Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full scope of human resources activities, both operations and analysis.
- Experience in multinational natural resources company is advantaged.
