TASK & Responsibilities :
Education : Candidates must possess a post graduate’s degree; an advanced degree or professional certification preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Qualifications : |
bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Must have demonstrated proficiency with applicable Government Labor Laws/regulations and management theories, including policy/procedure development and labor union activities Effective interface with diverse groups, along with good communication, negotiation, and presentation skill. Thorough knowledge of HR programs, policies and related practices coupled with strong organizational skill in the areas of operations, budget and project administration Excellent Leadership skills with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills A Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law / Management - S1 with related professional training Effective supervisory skills. Demonstrate management commitment to Safety, Health and Environment Excellent communication in English
Experiences :
- Requires at least 10 years progressive human resources generalist experience with more than five years at senior management level in a high-volume environment.
- Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full scope of human resources activities, both operations and analysis.
- Experience in multinational natural resources company is advantaged.
