To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, eni Muara Bakau BV is looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill in the following positions:
• Provide Mechanical Engineering support to operations and maintenance teams .
• Proactively analyse field data and develop action plans to improve mechanical equipment performance that can add value to the asset through improved reliability and uptime.
• Lead and implement reliability improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot , mechanical equipment problems, plan repair and refurbishment work as required.
• Lead maintenance programme for all rotating/mechanical equipment.
• Provide overhaul and assembly procedures for critical equipment.
• Provide operations Mechanical Engineering support to future field development.
• Engineer and design plant equipment modifications.
• Develop technical skills to improve capabilities.
• Participate in Root Cause Analyses for significant equipment failures
• Develop operating procedures and guidelines for plant equipment
• Coordinator of production engineering advice and support to maximize operation’s efficiency .
• Focal point for production engineering support to field operations .
• Assist with preparation of short term and long term production forecasting .
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of annual operation’s team budget
• Improve existing techniques for reporting production efficiency . Provide feedback on asset performance to senior management, business partners and government.
Qualifications required
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent Computer: Familiar with Microsoft Office Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia 7 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
• Proficient in operation of Gas Turbines and generators including support packages and ancillary equipment.
• Having a Knowledge of gas plant and offshore operations
• Several years experience maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting rotating equipment
• Project Management experience
• Having an extensive experience and exposure to root cause analysis and troubleshoot ing of operational equipment with state of the art diagnostic techniques .
• Experience in the design, installation, commissioning and operations of Instrumentation and metering.
• Having a knowledge of subsea system, ORF and offshore operations desired.
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up experienced
• Familiar with Production Operations: Maintenance Management, Predictive Maintenance, Operation/Maintenance Advising
• Familiar with Maintenance Engineering: CMMS Activ ities, Maintenance Engineering, Maintenance System Auditing, Maintenance Advising in Project Phase, Reliability/Availability analys is techniques knowledge , Maintenance systems and policies knowledge
