SEASCAPE SURVEYS is a dynamic, results focused support Subsea Service provider, supplying air and saturation diving, ROV inspection and construction, in conjunction with hydrographic survey and positioning to the Offshore Oil and Gas industry, Now are seeking suitable qualified and experienced personnel to join our team and support our growing range of projects to fill the following position :
ASSISTANT VESSEL MANAGER Job Overview:
1. Assists Vessel Manager with all duties associated with Management of vessel;
2. to ensure that the vessel owners comply with all relevant rules & regulations with class societies as well as flag state, port state and the industrys special requirements and regulations;
3. visit the vessel for management site visits are regular intervals; Liaise with Seascape projects regarding their requirements for vessel setup during mobilization including deck layout;
4. Liaise with Seascape projects regarding marine, catering, and any additional crewing levels required;
5. Liaise with Seascape projects regarding scheduling and planning for resupplying or ports calls throughout the duration of the project;
6. Liaise with Vessel Master regarding MGO, FW, and lube oil requirements and arrange the requirements accordingly;
7. Liaise with Vessel Master and vessel owners technical team with regards to project schedules, port call schedules whit the aim of providing windows of opportunity for scheduled maintenance and class surveys
Requirement: (Urgently Required)
• Male, At least 2 years experiences
• Ex. Master or Chief Engineer
• Graduated from STIP or Min Diploma Degree in related Major
• Able to working independently as well as in a team, detail oriented and well organized
• Good interpersonal skills in order to develop close relations with shipboard staff, vessel owners, charterers as well as internal and external support functions
• Ability to manage and self-motivate
• Computer Literate
• Willing to work in Karanggan - Gunung Putri, Bogor area
• Good Physical Condition
• Good Communication Skill in Bahasa and English both verbal or written (English is a must)
