Accountabilities:
- Contract Management Budgets, Net Sales, Margin and Account Receivables
- Contractual Compliance, KPI of Contract Management Agreement - Department cost and investments - Manage Contract Management activities & lead Contract Management teams
- Customer Satisfaction (CROL) & Employee Satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage contract management activities and/or assigned team
- Execute assigned contracts
in accordance with Wärtsilä Services
guidelines, the Contract Management process and general Management
practices in a safe and cost effective way
- Ensure quality of work related to the contract execution - Plan, budget and manage result of the work within the scope of the contract - Follow up financial, operative and technical performance through reviews and reporting and take corrective actions
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- S1 or Master degree on Mechanical / Electrical or Master in Management
- Minimum 5 years in Contract Management organization & 3 years in the Managerial level
- Proressional skills :Contract Planning , Contract Risk Management, Contract knowledge, Contract Management Budgeting & Reporting , Engine and technical skills Parameter trending & analysis, Auxiliary system knowledge, Contract Management Tool (CMT)
- Good communication and coordination skills, fluent spoken and written English
