Project Engineer Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) Responsibilities: To support Project Lead to deliver the assigned project in order to meet the project requirement/KPI (safety, timeliness, in good quality, within approved budget). Requirements: - Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing projects (development, engineering and construction) within oil and gas industry, and exposure in project construction site, engineering house, interface with government, contractors, third party. - Must have knowledge of Project and Construction Management; Planning & Scheduling; Integrity management; Financial management; Inventory management; Commercial analysis in oil & gas (business awareness) - Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office QA/QC Engineer Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) Responsibilities: To perform quality control activities for projects to ensure the ability of project in delivering the high quality project execution Requirements: - Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Minimum 10 years’ experiences in oil & gas industry - Must have good knowledge of System Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Inspection & Testing Management; Sufficient Knowledge of Welding, Material, and Inspection / Non Destructive Testing; Basic Documentation Management; Commissioning and Handover Management; - Must have good understanding of Oil & Gas Engineering & Integrity management principles; HSSE principles; CVP Process; Project and Operations knowledge - Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office Construction Engineer Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) Responsibilities: To monitor and control Company’s project execution performed by contractors on site to ensure that the contractors’ work are performed in accordance to PHE HSSE standards and within the targeted scope, budget, timeframe and quality. Requirements: -

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical or Civil, Marine Engineering)
- Minimum 7 years’ experiences in offshore installation & construction projects, with 3 years working experience on supervisory level
- Preferably has sound knowledge of marine operational of an Accommodation/Construction Work Barge (AWB).
- Must have knowledge of oil and gas surface facility codes and standards, codes and regulations that govern construction work in the oil and gas industry; Marine and construction management; Marine spread management (monitoring & coordinating)
- Good understanding of mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation, installation and construction; HSSE Implementation; QA&QC Implementation
- Must have good management skills (management of people, time and organizational behaviour)
- Familiar with offshore oil/gas platform top side construction & installation, repair and modification activities ( welding / fitting / lifting and rigging / scaffolding / coating / painting etc).
- Mooring / anchoring operations basic knowledge; Preparing of anchor patterns expertise
- Sounds knowledge in subsea diving activities
- Understanding of Survey Systems (BMS) & reference data
- Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Project Control Supervisor
Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) Responsibilities:
To assist Project Performance Lead for the supervision and detail implementation of all aspects of Project Performance Management within Project Department and also to ensure the projects can be delivered as per the approved scopes, on schedule, within budget and resources
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experiences in oil & gas industry and experience in scheduler/planner, project/program controller and/or discipline/project engineer.
- Must have knowledge in Oil & Gas Engineering and Integrity management principles; HSSE Principles; CVP Process; Project & Operations knowledge; and WP&B and AFE process.
- Good understanding of Project Management, Performance Management, Earned Value Management; Strategic Planning & Management; People Development; Budgeting and Cost control system; Contract Management, and Technical Report Writing.
- Good command in English and computer literacy in Windows 7; Microsoft Office; Primavera.
- Certified in Project Management Professional PMP® from PMI is preferable.
