Currently, our clients are looking for some positions based in Indonesia. Construction Completion Coordinator Job Function: Responsible to the SCL for interacting with Company and Contractor construction teams to ensure that all systems are mechanically complete prior to Hand Over to the SC Team. Has lead responsibility for (MC) planning, preparation, verification, and documentation of "A" Check Sheets, Punch Lists, as-builts, etc. Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences: • An engineering degree with 5 - 10 years direct "hands on" experience in construction and / or systems completion in oil and gas processing is required. • Exposure to drilling and downhole operations would be beneficial. • High safety awareness is mandatory. A good knowledge of simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) is essential. • WinPCS or similar Systems Completion electronic database management system experience. • Requires an outstanding ability to interact with customers with diverse backgrounds. Must be an excellent facilitator and must exhibit mature judgement in conjunction with sound and analytical reasoning. • Requires ability to perform well during periods of adversity. • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. Requires the ability to build consensus in areas of contention while enhancing working relationships. • Plant/system mechanical completion and commissioning experience is mandatory. Electrical-Instrument Engineer Experience National (International is an advantage) Job Qualification • Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering. Master degree will be an advantage. • 5-10 years of experience in oil & gas offshore projects or in electrical power system or field instrumentation design and installation. Knowledge and experiences in Project Management is required. • Able to work in multidiscipline and interface understanding with proven records of working in complex facilities. Experience in commissioning and start-up is required. • Familiar with relevant ANSI/IEEE, oil & gas and offshore standards including Classification Society rules and regulations. • Good supervision, teamwork and communication skills, proven with experience in supervising team members • Willing to travel and positioned in the field within fabrication and integration phases. • Experience, with minimum 2 installations and integration for Offshore or Onshore project phase. • Specific experience in control valve, metering and analyzer instrumentation is advantage. • Has prudent HES awareness particularly for Safety in Design and Safety Plan/ Procedure. Master degree will be an advantage. • 7-10 years of experience in oil & gas offshore projects or in electrical power system design/installation. • Able to work in multidiscipline and interface understanding. Site Construction Lead - Field Facilities Assignment Location(s): Jakarta / Cepu, Indonesia Area / Contract: Project Management JOB FUNCTION: • Serve as a member of the Construction Team • Interface primarily with project team Technical Manager and Project Manager and other functional planning coordinators, i.e. planning coordinators from Technical and Project Planning and Services Organizations • Participate / support / lead as requested, discrete tasks to improve Construction systems and tools • Advise the Contractor throughout the construction process RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES: • Implement the Construction Execution Program and seek alignment with the Onshore Site Manager and Construction Lead • Coordinate construction input to the planning effort and act as the key interface point for coordinating the flow of construction deliverables • Communicate and work with Construction Managers to resolve construction constraints • Ensure timely communication with Construction Manager on status and issue resolution at predetermined communication points in the construction process • Act as Construction Cost and Schedule Budget Estimate Coordinator for assigned projects; develop and steward budget for functional support of cost to project • Assist Construction Manager with annual project staffing forecasts • Capture lessons-learned into Constructions lessons-learned database • Ensure designated Site Manager endorses contractor deliverables REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES: • BS or MS in Engineering • Good coordination and interface capabilities • 10+ years industry experience • 5+ years project experience Please send your CV, ID card copy and copies of relevant certificates to: mailto:resume@brunel.co.id with specific “POSITION” in subject of your email.
