Responsibilities: 

To coordinate MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) work activities of the project area to which he has been assigned according to agreed plan, while maintaining a health & safe working environment  with the prime objective of ensuring that  daily, weekly and monthly production targets are achieved

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge upon practical application of mechanical/electrical/plumbing installation & safety legal requirements ;
• 4-7 years experience in civil/construction ;
• Have extensive experience in MEP installation works with a capability in monitoring direct staff and subcontractors ;
• Experience in managing operational and technical role in the construction industry ;
• Experience working at civil contractor is preferred ;
• Basic skills on Ms. Word and Excel ;
• Strong quantitative and numeric skills ;
• Intermediate knowledge of MEP design software/hardware skills ;
• Basic skills on project management software ;
• Awareness of civil operation regulatory requirement ;
• Industry best practice ;
• Basic knowledge of OHS & E ;
• Proficient in basic verbal English ;
• Indonesian citizen only
