SCM Assistant Manager
Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya) - Thamrin
Responsibilities:
- Process tenders/bids for blocks in Sumatera and Aceh
- Procure goods and services to support drilling activities
- Prepare bid documents
- Serve as Tender Committee member
- Maintain list of ongoing contract, PO and SO
- In charge of all Procurement routine reports to Pertamina and SKMIGAS
- Work closely with other internal departments such as Finance, Legal, Logistics and Subsurface
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of any relevant majors
- Should possess PTK-007 Revision 2 Certificate
- Should have more than 5 years of procurement experience in oil and gas industries
- Preferably possess experience as Procurement in KSO/TAC with Pertamina EP
- Possess good negotiation skills
- Possess good command of English both written and verbal
- Honest, hard worker, can work under minimum supervision as well as work in a team
