operation. The main accountabilities of the role are to:
• Establish the Martabe supply team, the business processes, and the systems to support the operation
• Management of operational contracts for goods and services
• Management of all procurement activities
• Management of logistics operations, and the performance of the freight contractor
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum Degree in Business, Administration or Supply.
• Minimum 10 years in senior supply roles in a mining or production operation with extensive experience in business systems and business processes.
• Sound business skills involving contracts, negotiations and procurement.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain business processes.
• Project planning and implementation skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Previous success in challenging environments.
• Good Computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
