Senior Supervisor – Plant/Mechanic Rebuild (Job No. 741140) • Minimum a Senior High School, Diploma, Mechanical or Industrial Degree with 5 year experiences as Supervisor Mechanic for Heavy Equipment. • Familiar to rebuild major components/engineering subassemblies listed in the TCI Component Rebuild Program • Familiar to reassemble and test engineering subassemblies prior to fitting to equipment; repair activities conducted in a timely fashion (zero non-productive hours worked). • Familiar to supply an "Inspection Report" on all equipment repairs prior to ordering new parts or component. • Strong in leadership skill. 2. Senior Supervisor Mining Operation Training ( Job No. 798722) • Minimum graduated from Senior High School with 3 - 5 years experiences as Leading Hand or Supervisor Mining and 10 years experience as heavy equipment operator in mining industry. • Able to operate all excavators and shovel types at the maximum of the equipment”s capability. • Have SIMPER/KIMPER from previous company; Certificate IV in Workplace Training; and have POP (Pengawas Operational Pratama) Certificate. • Should have willingness go to site. 3. Plant Engineer Machine Health Analyst (Job No. 840481) • Have an Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Degree with analytical skills/experience. • Minimum 3 year experiences in similar role. • You should have skill in pareto analysis and reporting; MTC system skill; management skill. • Familiar to optimize component life through the application of health activities; provide equipment health intelligence to the maintenance planner to determine optimal repair/change out intervals in the short to medium term. • Familiar to monitor health activity include items such as oil analysis, filter cutting, magnetic plug inspection, VIMS/ET/MIC/VHMS data analyst. 4. Senior Engineer Truck Weighing (Job No. 832624) • Requires Mechanical Engineering, with minimum 2 years of experience working

with the Site Data Management Group or similar role
• Familiar to manage, Operate and control the usage of Weigh Scales.
• Familiar in raising an ACMA for Weigh Scales and Ensure the Weight Scales is registered in Asset Master as per Actual Location.
5. Senior Supervisor Plant Planning (Job No. 736624) • Requires Mechanical Engineering qualifications or ex Thiess Apprentices with Minimum of 5 years experience within the mining industry as Site Maintenance & Planning.
• Familiar with component cost/budged analysis; strong leadership skill; high initiative; performance driven with capability of managing relationship and develop others.
• Have analysis & reporting skill, equipment maintenance background; method, principles and technique used in preventive maintenance.
6. Senior Supervisor Warehouse (Job No. 813812) • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Management or Industrial Engineering with 5 years experiences in similar role..
• Experience to manage of Warehouse operations encompass to monitoring of all Warehouse costing, receipt, issues, storage, inventory levels, direct charge and PEX component.
• Familiar to maintain inventory and organize purchase of good and services required by the site; routine stocktake; ensure the efficient operation of Warehouse.
7. Senior Engineer Project Improvement (Job No. 841698) • Minimum Engineering degree in Mechanical or Industrial with analytical skills/experience and proven track record in similar role (more than 5 years)
• Have experience in Mining industry practices especially Maintenance Heavy Equipment area.
• Has Mechanical Reliability and Plant Maintenance systems skills; skill in Pareto analysis & reporting; MTC system skills; team leading & auditing skills
8. Superintendent Admin Plant (Job No. 841226) • Minimum Diploma 3 or S1 from relevant background (Accounting / Management) with 5 years experience in Mining industry practices
• Have strong experience with Accounting / Cost / Budgeting especially in maintenance area or related maintenance accounting.
General Qualification:
• Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
• Highly self-motivated, initiative, team player, and fast adapt.
• Good skill in computer, good in planning & organizing job.
• Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, good team work, loyal & good moral character.
