RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Job Duties: Develop Recruitment process and tools to manage impression of the candidates Manage manpower retention and attract candidates to join the company organization team with competitive compensation and career path Manage administrative aspect such as monthly and weekly structure report Qualification : Male or female Max 35 Years old Bachelor of Psychology Minimun 4 Years experiences in the same postion Strong Knowledge of various psychology assesment tools (asministrating, scoring, interpreting) and recruitment sourcing method Good english communication skill both in oral and written Computer literate and its related software Strong Personal skill in planning and organizing Willing to work in Medan If you are interested, please send your application, resume and recent photograph to advertisement to : rhrd@ymail.com
