Strategic Recruitment Professional
The position will be responsible to advice Recruiter the strategy to fill numerous vacancies with tight deadline.
Job Requirements:
- 9 years experience in the recruitment (head hunter, oil & gas or mining companies),
- Well experience in resourcing strategy,
- From Oil and Gas Experience would be an advantage,
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office Tools,
- Well organised and can work to tight deadlines,
- Experience in psychometric tests and assessment centre,
- Well developed interviewing skills,
- Be able to handle numerous vacancies,
- Candidate with good strategic thinking would be good.
