FPU Process System Specialist [ Indonesian National / Expat ]
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder is accountable for commissioning preparation, execution,
documentation and handover to operations. Main activities will include:
• Provide input to the overall commissioning completion planning for the FPU
• Be fully conversant with all disciplines involved in a live commissioning functional test.
• Be fully conversant with all systems involved in a live commissioning functional test.
• Ensure that all documentation required for Commissioning and Start-up activities is available and correct
• Monitor and assist with preparing detailed Commissioning Procedures and Executive Summaries
• Monitor and assist with identifying test equipment requirements.
• Monitor and assist with identifying utility requirements, chemicals etc. required for commissioning.
• Prepare and organize utilities system functional test and provide experience for trouble shooting activities
• Prepare and organize process system functional test and provide experience for trouble shooting activities
Prepare
and organize the integrated commissioning procedure involving all
systems located on the FPU in order to reach a safe start up
Qualifications & Experience:
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
• At least 10 years of experience in offshore commissioning of oil/ gas field development projects
• Previous Upstream Engineering Floating Production Unit commissioning experience would be advantage
• Experienced in operation for offshore gas facilities is beneficially
Sub-sea Commisioning Engineer ( Umbilical,Riser,Flowline ) [ Indonesian Nationality ]
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder
is accountable for commissioning preparation, execution, documentation
and handover to operations. Main activities will include:
• Overall technical integrity of UMB, Risers and flowlines system design premises, structural and flow assurance behaviour
• UMB system compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices
• Mechanical Completion and Accuracy of UMB systems
• Reviewing installation and pre-commissioning procedures
• Planning, reviewing and following-up systems pre-commissioning and commissioning
• Compliance with Local/National and International Standard and Codes, Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Tender procedure
• Inspection, FAT Testing, Installation , Offshore Installation Supervision
• Sea-line & Riser System: Sea-line & Riser System Design, Flow Assurance Principles Study, Multi Phases R&D
Qualifications & Experience:
• Fluent in English
• At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
• At least 5 years of experience in UMB, Riser and Flowlines engineering for oil/gas field development projects.
• Experienced in operation for offshore gas facilities is beneficially
Machinery Specialist [ Indonesian Nationality ]
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder
is accountable for commissioning preparation, execution, documentation
and handover to operations. Main activities will include:
• To
provide discipline expertise during the completions, pre-commissioning
and commissioning work undertaken by the various Execution Contractors
preparing systems for hand-over, including punch lsit closing.
• To provide the Commissioning Team with a technical assessment of mechanical equipment for the identified critical systems.
• Provide Mechanical Engineering support to onshore and offshore project teams
• Develop Project commissioning and ready for start up procedures and guidelines for Mechanical
• Conduct design reviews for commissioning and start-up requirements.
• Attend F.A.T.’s agree results and actions.
• Contribute to the preparation of the Commissioning Contractor’s Plans and Procedures.
• Input to the commissioning preparation work (monitoring preservation,
monitoring of mechanical completion and pre-commissioning activities,
commissioning temporaries, etc).
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in an engineering/technical discipline (chemical, mechanical, electrical specialization)
• Fluent in English
• At least 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
• At least 5 years of experience in commissioning and start-up of oil and gas process facilities
• Experience with machine start up
Hull Electrical/Integration Site Representative [ Indonesian Nationality ]
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job holder
is accountable for commissioning preparation, execution, documentation
and handover to operations. Main activities will include:
• Carry
out MC inspections and fill relevant MCCR for cable trays, cables,
connection and termination, cables IR tests, electrical equipment
installation and testing.
• Evaluate technical performance for
Contractor, reporting to site superintendent about contractor/
subcontractor behaviour, identifying the elements that can adversely
affect the planned discipline achievements, advising site manager about
on-going criticalities.
• Verify the Contractors construction physical progress relevant to electrical discipline installation.
• Verify construction works are in compliance with project drawings,
specifications and applicable international/local codes and standards
•
Ensure electrical equipment and system integrity from Contractor
receiving at Yard to handover to company. Ensure proper removal for load
out preparation and reinstatement after integration.
Qualifications & Experience:
• The job holder must have Engineering degree Training and Courses:
• Employee Induction including HSE Awareness
• Project Execution / Implementation
• Good command of English
•
Not less than 8 years of working experience in oil & gas industry,
at least five years of involvement in large EPCI projects.
• Electric installation certificate as per Indonesian rules requirements.
• Familiar with international codes and standards
