1. Tender Administration Officer
Responsibilities :
• Developing and issuing operational guidelines and documentation to support management of complex tenders, ensuring all key internal stakeholders are briefed on tender requirements.
• Coordinating and managing tender activities across the business; issuing tender notification packages and ensuring required documentation is returned from internal stakeholders within specified deadlines.
• Managing production of tender documentation, reviewing to ensure a high level of accuracy and completion prior to timely submission.
• Driving tender to successful closure, consistently delivering high impact solutions to maximise long term profitability of the contract.
• Monitoring the Tender Co-ordinator’s performance, coaching and providing constructive feedback whilst identifying employee training needs.
• Supporting the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, maximising opportunity to win tender bids through the open procurement process.
• Having deep understand tender process in government institution, BUMN and privat company.
• Deep knowledge in HSE/K3L

Qualification :
• Male, 30 – 40 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Petroleum Engineer from reputable University (prefer from Institute Technology Bandung (ITB)) with GPA minimal 3.00.
• Experiences min 3 years in the same position.
• Experience of working on complex deals and the tender process.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Commercial awareness of tendering processes with a sound understanding of business development.
• Good attention to detail with high importance placed on accuracy.
• Extensive negotiation, influencing and decision making skills.
• Able to prioritise and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi task, working on several projects at any one time.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Able to operate computer skills.

2. Sales Engineer
Qualification :
1. Male / Female.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering (prefered in Electrical/ Petroleum/ Geological) from reputable University with GPA minimal 3.00
3. Experience minimal 3 years in similar position.
4. Deep knowledge and have selling experience on Boiler System and mechanism in Oil and Gas Industry.
4. Good knowledge in product presentation based on client applications/needs.
5. Having experience in monitor and feed back market trends.
6. Having capability to communicate in English (oral and written)
7. Able to operate computer skills
8. Good communication & interpersonal skills
9. Sales target driven and highly self motivated.

Job Description :
1. Searching for new clients who could benefit from your product.
2. Establishing new and maintaining existing relationship with customer.
3. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
4. Meeting Reguler sales target.
5. Recording and maintaining client contract data.
6. Making technical presentation and demonstrating how a product meet client needs.
7. Solving cient problems.

3. Finance and Accounting Staff
Qualification :
1. Male with min 23 – 30 years old.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University with GPA minimal 3.00.
3. Experiences min 3 years in the same position.
4. Have certificate of Tax Brevet A&B is a must.
5. Attractive person, dilligent and able to work with multi task and under pressure.
6. Good knowledge in Taxes.
7. Have knowledge handle in Banking and Finance payment such as Giro, Billing Payment, etc.
8. Having capability to communicate in English (oral and written)
9. Able to operate computer skills

4. Secretary
Responsibilities :
1. Manage all Director’s task management and arrangement.
2. Setup Director’s travel and accomodation arrangement.
3. Managing Director’s day to day activities (calendar).
4. Setup and coordinate meetings dan conferences.
5. Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
6. Handle documents all administratives matter related to business.

Qualification :
1. Female with max 30 years old.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable University prefer from, TARAKANITA and Saint Mary with GPA minimal 3.00.
3. Having experiences as Secretary or Personnel Assistant to Director for at least 3-5 years.
4. Height min : 165 cm and good looking.
5. Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
6. Able to handling Visa / Passport and Itinerary for overseas travel.
7. Able to operate computer skills
8. Mature, honest, energetic, confident, hard working an creative.
9. Good communication skills with all levels.
10. Able to work fast & effectively

5. Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the protection of the Company’s reputation and interest.
• Ensure communication and coordination with other on Legal matter.
• Share legal knowledge with internal clients in order to create legal awareness inside the company.
• Anticipate new acts and regulations within the area of responsibility.
• Manage legal paper and documentation filing
• Company contract, implement legal due diligence, giving legal opinion

Requirement:
• Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00
• Good interpersonal skill as well as written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experienced in handling general Corporate and Commercial transactions as well as managing litigations.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (oil & gas) is required for this position.
• Good knowledge in oil & gas law, corporate, contract drafting
• Good managerial, organizational skill and a team player

6. IT Support Officer
Qualification :
1. Maximum age 30 years old.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree major in IT, IS or Computer Science from reputable University with GPA minimal 3.00.
3. 1-3 years of experiences as an IT Support/Helpdesk/ Programmer.
4. Understand Windows, Linux, Server and its troubleshooting.
5. Having knowledge and experience in making application with VB.net, dot.net, or PHP.
6. Good Team Player.
7. Honest, energetic, confident and creative.
8. Good communication skills with all levels.
9. Able to work fast & effectively and get ready for every time needed.
