URGENTLY REQUIRED We are one of the fastest growing mining & coal trading company, having its site in South and East Kalimantan. Currently we are mining and exporting our coal to various countries. Now we are in the process of expanding our business, looking for good candidate for: 1. TAX STAFF Requirements: • Male or Female with max 30 years old. • Diploma or Bachelor Degree (strata 1) in Accounting. • Holder of Brevet A, B. • Having experience in handling taxation for 2 years. • Having Good Correspondence Skill. • Initiative

and hard worker.
2. LEGAL STAFF Requirements:
• Male or Female.
• Strong knowledge in mining law and ESDM regulation (licensing).
• Previous experience Minimum 2-3 Years in a top law firm or mining company handling mining and coorporate issues.
• Highly self-motivated and a team player.
• Strong communication skills, seld driven, and pro-active.
• Strong knowledge about corporate laws and regulations.
• Deadline oriented with management skills.
• Excellent watching and logical abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and save the company from legal difficulties.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
• Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Indonesia.
