PT Tanjung Power Indonesia (TPI) is a subsidiary indirectly owned
by PT Adaro Energy Tbk and wholly owned subsidiary of PT Adaro Power
which owns 65% of TPI and PT EWP Indonesia, a subsidiary directly owned
by Korea East-West Power Co Ltd, which owns 35% of TPI. PT Tanjung Power
Indonesia will build and operate 2 x 100 MW high technology coal-fired
Independent Power Producer (IPP) in Tabalong, South Kalimantan to create

QAQC MANAGER
Available Position : 1 Employment Status : Contract Work Location : Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the work quality aspect
of the power plant construction to ensure all works are in accordance
with the prevailing standards and procedures. • Establish quality
inspection plans (quality control) including schedules and methods of
measurements / inspections to be implemented to ensure all construction
works are done as according to contract quality inspections. • Analyze contractor’s quality inspection plans and ensure it is in accordance with the contract specifications.
• Ensure contractors are implementing quality inspections plans
correctly to ensure all inspections are done as according to the
schedule. • Coordinate witnessing hold/ inspection points with
dedicated inspectors (civil, electrical, mechanical, welding, etc.) to
ensure all work are done according to the inspection/ testing plans
submitted by contractors. • Determine QAQC field implementation
mechanisms on site to ensure QAQC inspections are done in the correct
way as well as to review QAQC implementation mechanism and to develop
potential improvements for inspection method/ mechanism. • Review
reports from inspector/ welding to identify the level of work conformity
with the required standards/ quality to ensure all welding works comply
with proper industrial standards, • Analyze and provide QAQC
inspection reports to the project manager and to provide follow
impaction’s based on the inspections report findings.
Job Requirements: • Min. Bachelor Degree of Engineering •
Min. 10 years’ experience in the same position (power plant background,
overseeing internal company organization, method statements risk
assessments, inspection and test plans and corresponding inspections,
handover procedure from construction to commissioning, auditing
experience for internal (Company) and external (Contractor), • Certification NDT (Non Destructive Testing) Level III. • Good leadership and managerial skills. • Good command in English both oral and written • Willing to be located in Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
CONTRACTS MANAGER
Available Position : 1 Employment Status : Contract Work Location : Jakarta, DKI Jakarta
Job Responsibility: Prepare and control the overall contract
for the project to be executed so that the project can be run
accordance within the time and targets determined. • In conjuctions
wih end users, to prepare and draft project contracts in line with the
prevailing regulations both internal and external regulations and
consult with Legal Division regarding the content and ensure all the
necessary documents are in place to meet the requirements of both the
company and counterpart interests. • Prepare the contract addendums
if there are any changes or additions from the initial contract and
ensure all the contract addendum are updated and documented. •
Prepare monthly report and contract internal reports to monitor
implementation of project contracts, including milestones and
deliverables. • Prepare, coordinate and process contract close out
including verification contract deliverables and/ or completion of
deliverables.
Job Requirements: • Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering •
Min. 10 years’ experience as Contract Administrator/ Contract Engineer
(power plant and oil & gas background would be a preferable). • Good leadership and managerial skills • Good command in English both oral and written
QAQC Inspector
Available Position : 4 Employment Status : Contract Work Location : Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
Job Responsibilities : Responsible for all QAQC inspection for
all of the power plant’s construction works to ensure that all works
are done according to contract and specification. • To collect and
analyze all non-conformance reports for all the power plant construction
works, ensuring that all NCRs are done through a single channel and
thus to ensure all NCRs are well controlled. • To ensure all works that do not comply with contract specifications and standards are documented and monitored.
• To follow up on all works that do not comply to specification and
standards and to process the necessary documentations for works that
have been corrected and meet quality specifications and standards. •
To monitor and control all from contractors and subcontractors to
ensure contractor and subcontractors work quality is according to
contract spec and standards.
Job Requirements : • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Engineering • Min. 3 years of experience as QAQC Material Inspector on Construction works from power plant/ oil & gas/ heavy industry • Certification : Welding, NDT Level I • Good communication & managerial skills • Good command in English both oral and written • Willing to be placed at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
Civil Inspector

Job Responsibilities : Responsible for monitoring and control
EPC Contractor performance and progress on the construction of the power
plant civil works in order to ensure the construction is done according
to appreciate specifications, design, schedule and safety requirements.
• Monitor EPC contractor’s performance on the construction of the
power plant’s civil works to ensure that construction is done as
according to design • Identity civil design issues during the
construction of the power plant’s civil works and to recommend and
coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken. •
Monitor and report EPC contractor’s construction progress for the power
plant’s civil works to ensure construction is done on schedule and to
recommended corrective actions for any civil engineering issues. •
Identify potential cost-effective equipment modification that has the
potential to improve performance, reliability, and safety. •
Control and monitor the implementation of instructions and procedures
regarding the construction of the power plant’s civil works to ensure
construction is done as according to the agreed design, quality, and
safety • Monitor and control EPC contractor activities regarding the
construction of civil works for the power plant and to monitor the
progress and performance of the EPC contractor to ensure that the power
plant’s civil works is constructed on schedule and on spec. • Control HSE performance of EPC contractor to ensure the power plant’s civil constructed in safe manners.
Job Requirements : • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Civil Engineering from reputably University, min GPA 3.00 • Have 3-5 years’ experience in civil engineering, construction or maintenance preferably in coal fired power plant projects. • Have Government Certification on Civil Engineering • Have good competencies on construction methods and system analysis. • Good command in English both oral and written • Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
MECHANICAL INSPECTOR

Job Responsibility: Responsible for monitoring and
coordinating subcontractor performance on the construction of the power
plant project’s mechanical works to ensure that all construction is done
as according to specification, design, and schedule. • Monitor
subcontractor’s performance on the power plant’s mechanical works to
ensure that construction is done as according to design. • Identify
mechanical design issues during the engineering and construction of the
power plant and to recommended and coordinate action plans to ensure
corrective action is taken. • Monitor and report subcontractor’s
construction progress to the power plant’s mechanical works to ensure
engineering and construction are done on schedule and to recommended
corrective actions for any mechanical engineering issues. •
Identify potential cost-effective equipment modification that has the
potential to improve performance, reliability, and safety. •
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of instructions regarding the
engineering and construction of the power plant’s mechanical works from
the Mechanical Team Leader and Mechanical Engineering Manager to ensure
construction is done as according to the agreed design. •
Coordinate subcontractor activities regarding the construction of
mechanical works for the power plant and to monitor the progress and
performance of the subcontractors to ensure that the power plant’s
mechanical works are constructed on schedule and on spec.
Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering from reputably University, min GPA 3.00 •
Have 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering project (project

ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR

Job Responsibility: Responsible for monitoring and
coordinating subcontractor performance on the construction of the power
plant project’s electrical facilities and other common electrical
facilities to ensure that construction is done as according to
specification, design, and schedule as well as to support the electrical
engineering construction for auxiliary power. • Monitor
subcontractor’s performance on the construction of the power plant’s
Electrical facilities to ensure that construction is done according to
design and provide back up for voltage facilities management if needed.
• Identify instrumentation and electrical design issues during the
construction of the power plant’s Electrical facilities and to recommend
and coordinate action plans to ensure corrective action is taken. •
Monitor and report subcontractor’s construction progress for the power
plant’s Electrical facilities to ensure construction is done on the
schedule and to recommend corrective actions for any instrumentation,
control, and electrical engineering issues. • Identify potential
cost-effective equipment modification that has the potential to improve
performance, reliability and safety. • Coordinate and monitor the
implementation of instructions regarding the construction of the power
plant’s Electrical facilities from Electrical team leader and C&I
and E Engineering Manager to ensure construction is done as according to
the agreed design. • Coordinate subcontractor activities regarding
the construction of Electrical facilities for the power plant and to
monitor the progress and performance of the subcontractors to ensure
that the power plant’s Electrical facilities is constructed on schedule
and on spec.
