Proposal Engineer
I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Support Sales Manager on sales enquiries and tender submissions, including follow up with client on status;
• Handle tender registrations, proposal preparations and submissions;
• Generate technical proposal, costing and commercial proposal for customer inquiry;
• Sourcing to find best solution of sub-suppliers;
• Monitor tender announcements and inform Sales Managers;
• Handle vendor registrations with client’s procurement/engineering department.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument/Physic Engineering;
• Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in similar capacity;
• Strong in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point as minimum).
Sales Engineer
I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Managing Accounts / Customers designated area in order to achieve the agreed business plan.
• Understand and solution oriented to advise Customer about represented products and system as part of marketing strategy.
• Maintaining loyalty from existing customers through regular review visits
• Achieve Sales Target as member of the Sales Team.
• Obey HSE regulation regarding with job description
• Ensure HSE aspects are applied in his/her job
II. QUALIFICATION
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Business studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Female, Maximum 28 years old.
• Able to communicate in English (oral and written) is a MUST.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience in similar industries (Oil/Gas / Petrochemical) is a MUST.
• Good Attitude, hard working and team player.
• Posses own car and valid driving license is an advantageous, but not a compulsory.
Sales Manager
I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Reports to the Marketing Director;
• Responsible for profit & loss of project proposal and component sales;
• Meet annual sales target set by Company by soliciting for new business, growing existing business and identifying new business and market for Company to penetrate into.
• Manage key accounts in Oil & Gas such as PERTAMINA (EP,UP,UPMS), EPC, Oil and Gas company, Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN), including General Industries.
• Identify and develop new account, new market for Company’s representative products such as gas and liquid metering systems, regulatory and electronic equipment, fiscal and non-fiscal meters such as ultrasonic, turbine, rotary and diaphragm meters, including gas chromatographs and analyzer, flow computers and supervisory software.
• Handle and manage all bidding at PERTAMINA, Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN), EPC, Oil and Gas company, including General Industries.
• Followup on aftersales enquiry from client and handle feedback from customers.
• Ensure timely collection of payment from client according to terms of payment for project and component sales;

• Degree in any discipline of Engineering
