smart, experienced and energetic person to fill following position:
Operation Manager (Samarinda Office)
Job Requirement :
• Male
• Good attitude, honest, responsible and hard worker
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill
• Bachelor (S1) from Mechanical Engineering with GPA minimum 3.00
• Minimum 5 years experience in operation leader
Job Responsilities :
• Keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for employees
• Keep and maintain a budget in almost every field, make sure you know where your companys money is going
• Analyzing data and making decisions that affect the operation on a regular basis
• Do planning & analyze fast, slow moving items month to month as cost evaluation efficiency
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization
• Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output
• Ensure that all production related activity is cost efficient/ effective and in a timely manner
• Ensure that all dump truck and heavy equipment is maintenance and repair
• Strategic thinking and decisions consolidating with managements for the benefit of the company
