Planning & Support Division Head (for Out Pit Crusher & Conveyor /OPCC ) ADARO GROUP Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan Main Responsibilities : To plan, monitor and evaluate Out Pit Crusher & Conveyor operational activities, both long term and short term planning, including to plan and monitor procurement and administration activities to support management in achieving management objective/targets and to maximize the OPCC operations in accordance with prevailing QHSE regulations. - Develop plans and targets for OPCC activities with respect to the overall operation in

particular all planned conveyer extensions and moves to ensure the OPCC System operates
- Ensure both long term and short term OPCC plans are executed based on predetermined targets.
- Control and monitor all managers in terms of budget and manpower planning.
- Oversee contractor performance reviews in order to support operational process and enhance relationships with good performing contractors.
Requirements :
- Preferably of candidate with a minimum of 8 years management experience in a material handling industry ( coal or cement industry ) or have been in the senior management position in planning and scheduling experience in a similar environment.
- Willing to be located at site, Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan.
- Strong communication skill and able to work with teamwork.
