Project Engineer
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Define relevant scope of work and project objectives based on both technical aspect and legal requirement
• Interpret clients requirement
• Identify engineering problems and ensure solution are implemented
• Evaluate, mitigate, organize and prioritize workload within schedule
• Liaise with third party (subcontractor) to ensure all deliverables meet project requirement
• Collaborate with IT to maintain project data base by writing computer programs. Including provide backing up data
• By support of PPC and collaborate with BD (Business Development) and Project Support, control the project costs (man hours based)
• Determine and generate project elements to complete project objectives
• Develop workflow and engineering procedure to ensure product output meet clients needs
Requirements
• Min. Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
• Familiar with Ms. Project and Primavera
• Experience on schedule and progress monitoring of multi discipline engineering. Experience involve Detailed Engineering both green field and brown field will be an advantage
• Have at least 7 (seven) years experiences in Oil and Gas Project
• Fluent in verbal and written both in Bahasa and English
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationship with all personnel
• Personal motivation and self-learning ability
• Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment, while handling a large amount of detail as expected in large Projects with aggressive schedules
• Able to work on own initiative and within a team
