Currently, our clients are looking for some positions based in Indonesia.

E & I Specialist
1. Hold a recognized degree in Electrical Engineering with 20 – 25 years of relevant work experience in both Operator and Consultancy companies combined, in the oil & gas industry;
2. Must be able to provide a full range of specialized Electrical & Instrument Consultancy Services and specialist input.
3. Perform required engineering work independently with minimum supervision and be able to make sound, practical recommendations relative to the project of oil and gas facilities as required.
4. Develop and design Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls related facilities and Electrical system design;
5. Be able to perform electrical integration studies and design related to addition of new hardware with existing hardware like power generators, switchgear, bus bar, MCC, transformer. Requirement of any additional hardware for completing the integration to be determined.
6. Develop, review and assess the quality/completeness of PFDs and P&IDs from E&I
7. perspective; Develop and review operating philosophies; Participate in HAZOP and What IF reviews;
8. Perform conceptual studies for scoping purposes;
9. Ensure adherence to all applicable national and international Oil and Gas industry codes/standards;
10. Supervise/coordinate/assess Instrumentation, Controls and Electrical engineering functions (either Companys or Companys contractors);
11. Confirm that the conceptual design work undertaken by Company or by Companys other contractors will provide the intended solution to the problems or, otherwise, determine changes that may be required;
12. Provide input with respect to the variety and type of engineering deliverables required for Company to accomplish its technical and commercial objectives related to minor and major projects;
13. Perform other discipline specific specialist studies;
14. Liaise with a variety of EPC contractors, vendors and fabricators to resolve Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls issues;
15. Provide specialized Instrumentation, Controls and Electrical support and necessary technical design clarifications to Operations group at Companys operating Betara, Geragai and offshore FPU plants;
16. Provide guidance to Company in assisting and directing Companys engineering and
17. construction contractors;
18. Assist with/provide input into/engage in detailed design work and actively assist in the development and encouragement of national staff;
19. Review/assess/prepare data sheets for instrumentation and controls;
20. Review/assess/prepare material take offs;
