As we continue expanding our projects, currently we searching high qualified Senior Position to filled positions as below:
Project Services/Controls Manager o Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
o Min 15 year experiences in Project Controls, Planning, Scheduling and Cost controls
o Experience as Project Controls Manager or Lead Project Controller for Infrastructure projects within Coal Mining Industry would be beneficial or in Oil and Gas Industry.
o Have detailed knowledge of Project Management and Project controls processes and procedures
o Detailed knowledge and experience in Project Progress Measurement, Reporting, Project Cost Control and Reporting
o Detailed knowledge in developing work breakdown structure for individual projects
o Familiar with project scheduling and planning tools including Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.
o Familiar with and capable to implement Project Risk Management Process
o Familiar with and capable to implement Project Quality Management & Change Management Processes
o Familiar with information and document management process
Construction Planner Advisor o Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
o Min 12 year experiences in developing Construction Plans & EPC Master Schedule (Class2 & 3) for Infrastructure projects within Coal Mining industry
o Expert knowledge in using Primavera, Microsoft Project and other Planning/Scheduling tools
o Proven experience in performing schedule risk analysis
o Having experience in infrastructure projects during execution phase will be an asset
Cost Estimating Specialist/Lead o Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
o Min 15 year experiences in developing Class 2 & Class 3 Cost Estimates for Infrastructure projects
o Proven experience performing Cost Estimate Range Analysis and Cost Estimate Risk Assessments
o Proven experience conducting project cost estimate Benchmarking and developing Benchmarking plan
o Display detailed understanding of AACE Cost Estimating Classifications
Lead Cost Control Engineer o Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
o Min 10 year experiences as Cost controller on Engineering projects for Infrastructure, Mining or Oil and Gas.
o Having experience in Procurement and Construction projects would be an asset.
o Proven experience developing Control Budget based on escalated cost estimates
o Proven experience developing cost control reports including Escalation and Forecast reporting, Cash flow reporting and currency analysis reporting.
Cost Estimator o Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
o Min 5 year experiences in developing Class 2 & Class 3 Estimates for Infrastructure projects is desirable
o Display strong understanding of AACE Cost Estimating Classifications
o Familiar with cost estimating for civils works
