PT Surya Teknik Anugerah is one of Coal Mining Contractor Company specializing in the field of Overburden Removal, Coal Hauling, Coal Getting, Coal Processing, and Jetty. GM Operation
Responsibilities
• Responsible to whole site operation
• Monitor & evaluate the achievement of production and implementation of site business strategy and policy
• Set up budget and evaluate the achievement and utilization periodically
• Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news
• Motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner
• Understand and able to handle all the entire maintenance activity

Requirements
• Male, min. 5 (five) years experience in coal mining industry
• Bachelor degree (S1) from faculty of Mining Engineer/ Geology or related to the position
• Create Good Mining Practice
• Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
• Good leadership and managerial skills to subordinates, tactful to communicate with people in all levels
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem

Site Manager
(Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibility
• Responsible to whole site operation
• Monitor & evaluate the achievement of production and implementation of site business strategy and policy
• Set up budget and evaluate the achievement and utilization periodically
• Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news
• Motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner
• Understand and able to handle all the entire maintenance activity

Requirements:
• Male, min. 35 years old & mature
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelors degree, any field
• At least 10 years experience with minimum 4 years experience in Managerial level, Dept Head in Trucking as well as mining company
• Strong Leadership, Excellent People Management and Communication skills.
• High motivation, discipline, and dynamic with good personality and always seek best solution to solve problem
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Office
• Having minimum POM certification

HSE
(SAMARINDA, KALIMANTAN TIMUR )
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain safety standards within all site project as regulation required
• Planning, organizing, implementing and controlling all safety issues.
• Identifies implements and maintains appropriate training facilities, materials, and resources to support HSE training needs.

Requirements:
• Male
• At least a diploma from Engineering (environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent
• At least 5 years Experiences in the same position or 10 years in the related fields from mining company
• Hold HSE Certification
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Willing to be placed in Samarinda
• Domicile in East Kalimantan is preferred

PERSONAL ASSISTANT
(JAKARTA)
• Making and arranging various appointments, schedules, both for external and internal parties.
• Maintaining and Updating calendar of appointments of Director
• Preparing presentations for Director due to various meetings and conferences.
• Attending certain meetings for preparing the Minutes of Meeting and further distribute the Minutes to related parties.
• Handling day-to-day correspondences, faxes, emails, and filing management.

Requirements:
• At least a diploma majoring in Business Administration / Secretarial / or any major from reputable university
• 2 years of working experience in the same position
• Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
• Having good time management and organizational skills
• Able to speak English and good command in Ms. Office
• Ability to relate well to stakeholders and public in person and on telephone
• Well-organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multi-faceted tasks
• Strong and well-developed communications and inter-personal skills
• Detail oriented person
• Willing to do business travel
