(Code: PLDSS) Main Accountabilities; • Develop both the list of cases and potential cases including status to update superiors and the related parties to seek alternatives on how to settle them with the best practice. • Liaise with colleagues and superior to assess each cases on the impact to the operation and develop plan to prioritize handling of the case including resources and timing required. • Develop contingency plan for the main plan to anticipate the change in situation and condition as the law enforcement is relatively weak. • Coordinate several informal meetings with police, lawyer, community leaders, and other Government institutions to introduce the community of the law enforcement, awareness of regulations, procedure, and policy on land and its involvement. • Approach and liaise with the courts on some cases and seek advice on how to settle the cases as quick as possible • Monitor closely disputes and alternative offerings for solution to all parties involved. • Report on activities including recommendation and suggestion for further considerations in the upper level decision maker. • Conduct regular housekeeping on file of land to ensure that file are kept properly and confidentially • Manage subordinates in the section for their rights and obligations at work and support the team in a conducive and productive team work. Requirements; • Minimal Bachelor Degree in law or social • Having minimum 3-5 years related experience, especially in conflict resolution • Candidates must possess of legal / regulations, and land compensation procedure both national and local. • Proficient in Ms Office (word, excel, power point) • Experienced in the preparation of the budget and manage funds that have been provided • Good communication, assertive, and good interpersonal skill to deal with various parties. • Having good negotiation, presentation and leadership skill, able to work under pressure • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually (Code: PIT) Main Accountabilities; • To supervise the implementation of policies K3LH companies to ensure that all existing activities in its territory in accordance with a predetermined • To supervise the coal mining operations • Reviewing and Maintaining performance of contractor • Apply the mine plan of predetermined companies with effective and efficient methode • Implement appropriate referrals and activity functions to achieve KPI of work unit and the values of the company • Conduct and ensure the implementation of mining inspection and hauling roads, and ensure the handling of top soil layer implemented properly so that all mining and supporters activities can be carried out safely and environmentally friendly • Identify any conditions that might inhibit mining operations so that can be addressed as early and as optimal as possible in accordance with the applicable procedures • Compliance report to Mining Superintendent Requirements; • Minimal Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering • Having minimum 2-4 years as pit engineer or mining shift supervisor • Ability to specify the method of use of equipment and tools mines • Certified of First Operational Supervision (Pengawas Operasional Pertama/POP) from ESDM • Proficient in Ms Office (word, excel, power point) and mine software, especially Minex or minescape • Having good understanding the mine design and its parameters • Having good knowledge of BMO (Basic Mining Operation) • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and interpersonal skill, and able to work under pressure • Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually (Code: CPQCO) Main Accountabilities; • To supervise the activities of coal processing • Perform the activities associated with the sampling and analysis of coal • Create a database and reports related to the Quality and Quantity of coal during handling • To review the activities of contractor in CPP area • To supervise the implementation of company policies K3LH • Review and evaluate of activities periodically • Compliance Report to Coal Processing & Quality Control Supervisor Requirements; • Diploma Degree (D3) in Chemical, Metallurgy, Geology Engineering • Having minimum 2 years work experience in coal processing & coal quality • Candidates must possess coal chain supply and stock pile management • Having knowledge about performance of coal processing equipment • Able to determine method of quality control and sampling • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and interpersonal skill, and able to work under pressure • Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually PT MULTI HARAPAN UTAMA email: recruitment@mhucoal.com (Please put position code in email subject).
