QA Engineer
(Kuala Belait, Brunei Darussalam)
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the quality system in implemented and maintained in accordance with requirements of BS 5750 or ISO 9001 and subjected to regular audit and review.
- To ensure that the staff are familiar with the fundamental operational systems and have ready access to the procedures describing the quality management system.
- Monitor at appropriate stages of design, formal documanted reviews of the design results to ensure that design outputs meets the design inputs requirements.
- Promoting and ensuring feedback of project experience together with input from new technology, plus feedback from audits to ensure continues improvements of the quality management system is realised.
- Operating an internal audit program utilising qualified personnel independant of the area being audited to determine the effective close out of the deficiencies.
Requirements:
- He/she shall hold a recognised Degree in an engineering discipline and with at least 10 years relevant experience in oil and gas engineering design and implementation work, at least 3 years of which should have been in Quality Assurance and Control. Preference will be given to candidate who is registered under the UK Institute of Quality Assurance National Scheme for Assessors of Quality System at Lead Assessor Level.
