PT Meares Soputan Mining is developing the Toka Tindung Gold Project in Manado - North Sulawesi. Applicants are invited for the following position:
GEOTECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibility of maintaining the overall management of Geotechnical function on site. Collecting, analyzing and evaluating geotechnical data. Liaising with the mining engineering teams to provide technical support and ensure accurate planning throughout the mine site. Ensuring pit wall stability and quality control of support measures through the supervision of ground control, quality and testing programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Degree qualification in Mining/Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline.
2. Minimum 8 years experience on an operational mine site.
3. Ability to manage and lead a team
4. Knowledge of geotechnical analysis and 3 D modeling software.
5. Good communication English skills both written and oral
PROCESS PLANT TRAINING COORDINATOR
To assist Expat Trainer in the development and delivery of the Process Plant Training package and to also assist Process Maintenance in the development and delivery of their training requirements. Duties will include class room training session delivery, Assessment of operational staff as per the Process plant training system. Liaise with Training coordinator to plan and schedule outside training request. Responsible for the up keep of the Process plant training matrix.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Previous experience in the development of training packages, experience in class room training facilitation.
2. High level of understanding of Process Plant operations and maintenance activities associated with mineral processing.
3. Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications and computerized training software systems ie INX.
