We are inviting high caliber, experienced Mining and Oil & Gas professional to help provide implementation support to clients to deliver sustainable bottom line impact to Indonesia best and most influential companies. We are keen to hear from you if you have the following qualifications: Mining: • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Mining or Geology. Candidates with other educational background will be considered if mining experience is substantial • At least 3 years experience in the mining industry, with roles in operations, maintenance, supply chain, mine development or mine planning/geology • Knowledge of Production Systems/Lean/6 Sigma/etc. would be an advantage Oil & Gas: • Possess a Bachelors degree in

Engineering, preferably an advanced degree from a reputable institution oil and gas related disciplines would be a bonus
• Minimum of five years of experience across one of these areas:
- Upstream operations: production engineering, geology and geophysics, reservoir engineering, facilities engineering, drilling and completions
- Downstream operations experience around refining, petrochemicals, marketing and trading or other areas
• Experience with Oil & Gas operators, oil field service companies or refineries and petrochemical companies
• Extensive experiences in rolling out implementation on a large-scale and project management
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts, lean supply, IT Implementation, chain/procurement, commercial excellence will be advantageous

Additional:
• Strong persuasive communication ability for both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong problem solving skills, drive and leadership
• Strong execution focus and proven ability to get things done
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
