Being part of the world-wide Fugro Group it is a high technology company, which provides a broad range of services in the fields of onshore/offshore geotechnical, offshore marine, geophysical, positioning and construction surveying. Senior Geotechnical Engineer /Geologist (GEO) Requirements : • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geology with sufficient emphasis on Geotechnical Engineering is required. Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent is preferred. • Good command of English, effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to work with others to achieve desired result. • Excellent understanding and knowledge of geotechnical engineering technical requirements, field

data acquisition procedures, soils/rocks and various testing procedures.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the geotechnical field is required for this position.
• Excellent understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and ability to apply in solving problems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Physically fit,
• All applicants should be prepared to work onshore/nearshore, travel outside.
• Applicant must be willing to work at site
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and geotechnical industry software applications
Principal Working Relationships
• Work with other engineer professional, senior driller, laboratory technician / technical assistant to ensure projects are completed in accordance with provided guidelines an meet client’s specifications.
• Participate, contribute to project and department toolbox.
Remuneration will reflect the levels of experience, qualification and those rates prevailing within in the industry generally.
