On behalf of a world leading implementation consulting company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for the job of Management Consulting Professional, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in change management or business-process improvement combined with the ability to provide strategic direction and implementation for an organization. The winning candidate will be working in a dynamic team handling different projects in various locations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and data collection to understand the organization
• Interview or facilitate focused group discussions with the clients’ management and employees
• Perform analysis based on data gathered and provide strategic solutions
• Implement recommendations/solutions
• Ensure client receives assistance for seamless implementation
• Develop plans and programs for change implementation in the organization
• Develop compelling business cases or respond to new business opportunities
• Develop business relationships with clients in general

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (min.) in related field
• Five years’ experience (min.) in relevant management consulting
• Experience working in a consulting company and multinational company is an advantage
• An understanding of the market players
• Proven ability to plan and analyze complex processes
