Senior Drilling Engineer Location: Jakarta – Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) Responsibilities: To lead and organize design and monitoring execution of drilling and completion programs (including edge technology application, learning/knowledge sustainability, specification of materials and equipment, budget proposal) as well as provide technical justification during tender process and project close out, in order to ensure all drilling programs are delivered in accordance with company s targets (including well delivery, HSSE standards, budget) and government regulations. Requirements: - Minimum bachelor s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 8 years of experience in drilling and completion engineering as well as 3 years minimum of offshore

experiences purely as drilling supervisor
- Analytical ability to keep abreast and look after latest technology application with new techniques and equipment that doable in Company operation
- Capability to conduct objective analysis of drilling problems and facilitate issues between departments in order to provide solutions and practical judgment
- Having computer literacy of WellPlan, Compass, WellCat, Stress Check, and Microsoft Office
- Having strong personality and good communication skills
- Ability to lead groups, work with peers, and communicate/influence with others
- Good command in English (verbal and written)
- Extra personality to work under tight timeline to catch Company target
