TRAINING SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)

Organize all trainers, participate in Incident Investigations and conduct training theory, practical and safety programs.

Requirements:
1. Willing to travel to all company
2. Min. Diploma degree in any major
3. Good English & Computer literate
4. Min. 5 years of experience with operation training as trainer, especially in Mining
5. Have an experience with various type and model of machines
6. Good presentation and leadership skill
Responsibilities:
• Develop and review Training Materials, training modules and assessment procedure and ensure its implementation in accordance with Petrosea s training procedure at all project sites
• Conduct, review training need analyse (TNA) and developing and improving of the Training Matrix
• To arrange programming job as required
• Arrange and controlling all the training activity in class/theory and on job training / practical
• Responsible for all training equipment for training activity and support target production as company target
• Participate in the incident investigation to reduce demand and incident effect from non procedural
• Communication with Safety Coordinator, Plant Coordinator and Mining Coordinator
• Provide training for all operators in class and outside as planning programs and remind to all employees about unsafe actions
• Correct technique operation and safety operation procedure
• Conduct refresh to all operators and test theory and practical for candidate operators and drivers
• Make assessments and recommend appropriate test results in the assessment form
• Make weekly and monthly report based on activities that have been done
• Establish, participate and present safety tool box meeting
• Report to Training Superintendent

SURVEYOR – MINING
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)

Conducts surveys at surface and subsurface mine sites to implement mine design and obtain data used in planning mining operations including monitoring recovery, productivity and submission of progress claims align with company s policies and rules.

Requirements:
1. May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements
2. Min. 2 years experiences as a surveyor
3. Able to operate mining survey equipment
4. May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements
5. Good communication skill
6. Willing to be placed in all project
Responsibilities:
1) Collect and develop survey data and maintain the database to ensure the accordance with the set of standard procedures and systems.
2) Conduct field surveys in good time and accurately determine quantities necessary for the submission of monthly progress claims.
3) Coordinate and liaise with both Mining Engineering and Operations to ensure that mine designs are being properly implemented in the field.
4) Collect accurate daily survey and download data into the computer to ensure datas are interpreted accurately by the Survey Draftsman.
5) Use and maintain survey software in order to ensure efficiency in survey activities.
6) Coach and mentor Survey Assistant and provide them with skills in order to collect the survey pick-ups in the absence of a Surveyor.
7) Contribute to the compilation of tenders by providing Mine planning and design support needed by the Estimator.

SITE PAYROLL
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)

Perform and execute staff monthly payroll process in order to ensure all staff monthly salary paid to their bank account on schedule, conform with their entitlement and all regulation.

Requirements:
1. Min Diploma Degree from any major.
2. Min 2 years experienced in dealling with payroll.
3. Familiar with UNIX Paytrack or any other payroll system being used currently and needy to improve it time to time.
4. Willing to work extended office hours as and when required.
5. Possess strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information / documents.
7. Negotiation skill.
Responsibilities:
1) Monitor and manage data entry of remuneration package information onto payroll system to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
2) Monitor and manage reconciliation of payroll accounts, astek, taxation etc.
3) Prepare journal entries for monthly booking of payrolls.
4) Monitor and manage final payments to employees including retirement, retrenchment, resignation and termination.
5) Ensure records are maintained for all payroll transactions.
6) A Deal with questions and complaints from employees on payroll issues.
7) Arrange collection of cash and supervise distribution of pay packets.
8) Calculate employee provisions (Lebaran Bonus, Annual Leave, Termination Pay and Long Service Leave).

Provide finance and accounts service on site such as Petty Cash, Payroll, payments to local vendors, cash flow and any other project accounting requirements. Provide link between site and central accounting functions.

Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree in accounting / economy.
2. Min. 2 year experience as graduate / junior accountant.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Good command in English.
5. Good computer skill, especially in Ms. Excel program.
6. Familiar with accounting system.
Responsibilities:
1) Manage A/P and A/R function within the Project /Site with minimum supervision.
2) Provide site accounting data to Section within established timetable.
3) Prepare site cash forecasts in conjunction with the cost controller.
4) Manage site Petty Cash including monthly reconciliation.
5) Control payments to local suppliers ensuring these are minimized.
6) Act as link between project manager and company accounting function.
7) Liaise with External parties e.g. Local Bank, Regulatory Authorities, clients.

SENIOR SURVEYOR

Leadership of the surveying staff and resources to provide operations with adequate survey control to implement mine designs and to reconcile material handling for monitoring recovery, productivity and submission of progress claims.

Responsibilities:
1) Leads the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a set of standard procedures and systems for survey data collection, handling and data base maintenance.
2) Ensure that the integrity, clarity and thoroughness of the information that is collected and produced by the survey function is of a high standard.
3) Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of field survey work and calculations necessary for submission of monthly progress claims.
4) Work closely with both mining engineering and operations to provide an effective link between mine design and its implementation in the field.
5) Maintain a strong capability in the mine planning software and ensure that staff is similarly up to date with their skills.
6) Coach and mentor surveyors and mining engineers to ensure that they understand the survey control requirements for managing the technical implications within contracts.
7) Participate in production and technical meetings both internally or externally.
8) Contribute to the compilation of tenders by providing mine planning and design support needed by the senior estimator.

SENIOR MINING ENGINEER
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)

Monitor, control and supervise mining staff and resources in order to produce systems and procedures that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget.

Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
2. Min. 4 years experiences as a Mining Engineer in open-cut mining
3. Fluent in English, written and verbal
4. Willing to be placed in all company s locations or Jakarta
5. May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements
Responsibilities:
1) Prepare, analyze and adjust data of production, record details of the day s work on a daily report pad in order to establish project performance report.
2) Identify engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite client agreement where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the progress of the works.
3) Review client specifications, drawings and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.
4) Complete daily timesheets, including activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where required, plant item under his responsibility.
5) Prepare data of real/ technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve from drilling for project analysis purpose.
6) Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required, in order to provide site operations support.
7) Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
