1. Business Development Executive - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop and maintain strategic
relationships in the key sectors assigned (Power, Infrastructure, Mining
& Metallurgy, Hydrocarbons and Chemicals)
• Create and
maintain business networks with key private sector businesses,
government agencies, industry associations and specialists within
region.
• Responsible for bringing in new client work for the office.
• Execute proposals and follow Business Development Processes in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor”s
Degree, in Engineering/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management,
Human Resources Management, Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Excellent in oral and written English.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field required for this position.
• Experience in Management/ Marketing/ Business Development or equivalent.

2. Environment Manager for Indonesia - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
• Develop business and client relations with both private and institutional clients in Indonesia;
• In close collaboration with other SLE groups, build a team of
environmental, geotechnical and water specialists capable of delivering
environmental, geotechnical and water projects in Indonesia;
• In
close collaboration with other SNC-Lavalin groups in order to offer SLE
services and help provide total solution to the clients of SNC-Lavalin;
• Manage bid (proposal) preparation for environmental, geotechnical and
water projects in Indonesia and participate in project execution
management;
• Direct and coordinate technical teams and oversee the
cost-effective delivery of high quality and timely services to clients
in Indonesia:
• Participate in SLE Indonesia personnel management and supervision, and day-to-day office administration.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor”s Degree in Environmental, Engineering or Related field;
• At least 10 years of working experience in environmental,
geotechnical and water fields or the related field is required for this
position;
• Extensive experience and proven accomplishment in
business development and client relation, with thorough understanding of
the call for tender and bidding process;
• Organizational skills, team spirit and leadership capabilities;
• Self-motivated and result-oriented;
• Fluent in English language and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal);

3. Senior Lead Planner - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
• Review Planning and Scheduling manpower
requirement with the Control Managers, the Lead Planner has re-forecasts
of Planning and scheduling staffing.
• Maintain work package Scope
Dictionary for each contract package including description of work, key
milestones, interfaces and Owner supplied equipment and material and
update Dictionary monthly.
• Supervise preparation and regular
updating of detailed precedence schedules by package and facility
relating to engineering, procurement, construction and Pre-Commissioning
activities. Supervise verification of schedule update data (Engineering
Progress and Performance Reporting, Contractor and vendor schedules).
• Prepare all man-hour (engineering, direct and indirect construction)
loading distribution in collaboration with Area and Functional Managers
Requirements:
• Proficient in Primavera P6 Software.
• Experience in creating Primavera schedules from first principles.
• Site project delivery experience required, i.e. understand how to create/ build the job from the start to end.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor”s Degree, Engineering (Civil/ Construction/ Structural) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering (Civil/ Construction/ Structural) or equivalent.
4. Site Contracts Administrator (Project Site: Gorontalo)
Responsibilities:
• Manage, Review tender documents prepared
by Head Office Procurement prior to tender call, to ensure site
requirements are properly provided.
• Manage, Monitor contractors
site inventories and evaluate the value of consumables consumed and
material on hand which is subject to material progress payments.
•
Records all claims from the contractors, evaluate and negotiate
contractors claims for the purpose of determining a fair value which
conform to the contractual document.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor”s Degree, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Administrator Staff/ Supervisor.
5. QA/ QC Officer – 2 positions available
*1 vacancy for Jakarta based and the other one for Gorontalo based
Responsibilities:
• Track the flow of non-Conformance/ Preventive Corrective Action Requests internally and on project sites.
• Assist the QA/QC Manager to ensure quality assurance and program for
the project is in place and audits carried out as scheduled.
•
Assist QA/QC Manager to ensure that standards, criteria and procedures
for quality control are established, communicated and followed by each
discipline.
• Assist the HSEQ Manager to ensure quality procedures,
processes and standards are fully implemented on all projects (this
requirement is for Jakarta based only)
• Evaluate, assess, audit
internal and external quality compliance in line with SNC-Lavalin
procedures and ISO9001:2008 standard (this requirement is for Jakarta
based only)
• Ensure that SNC-Lavalin procedures, processes, and
standards are established, communicated and followed by each discipline
(this requirement is for Jakarta based only)
• Regular visits to Project Sites, conduct QA/QC inspections and report findings (this requirement is for Jakarta based only)
Requirements:
• General understanding of industry and regulatory standards/ codes relating to engineering and construction.
• Experience/ knowledge of engineering drawings/ specifications.
• A previous role as a QA/QC officer/ inspector on project sites in Indonesia.
• ISO 9001: 2008 internal auditor (this requirement is for Jakarta based only)
• Experience of ISO 9001:2008 implementation and requirements of
International standards (this requirement is for Jakarta based only)
• Previous experience as QA/QC officer for multi discipline projects (this requirement is for Jakarta based only)

• Ensure quality assurance procedures and program for the project is in
place and audits are carried out in accordance with agreed schedule.
• Ensure that the standards, criteria and procedures for quality
control are established, communicated and followed by each discipline.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a QA/QC Manager based on site in Indonesia for a multidiscipline project.
• General understanding of industry and regulatory standards/ codes relating to engineering and construction.
• Experience/ knowledge of engineering drawing/ specifications.

7. Site Supervisor – Electrical/ Instrumentation (Project Site: Gorontalo)
Responsibilities:
• Promote HSE.
• Support the Site Superintendent in the proper execution of the Electrical/ Instrumentation works on the project site.
• Organize field resources and communicate the objectives of quality,
time, costs to team and enforce compliance of these objectives.
Requirements:
• Experienced in Electrical/ Instrumentation installation works.
• Lead small teams of trade staff efficiently and effectively in line with project schedule.
• Experience in working on remote sites in Indonesia.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor”s Degree, Engineering (Electrical/ Instrumentation) or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years HSE site experience (mining, oil & gas, engineering).

• Knowledge of Indonesians and International HSE legislation.
• Proactive approach to HSE at all levels.
• Experience of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards and implementation (for Jakarta based only)
• Internal Auditor experience of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (this requirement is for Jakarta based only)

9. Site HSE Manager (Project Site: Gorontalo)

• Promote HSE and implementation of SNC-Lavalin Management System.
Requirements:
• Experience in installation of electrical equipment and associated instrumentation works on project sites.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently in line with schedule.
• Trade background in Electrical or Instrumentation preferred.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor”s Degree, Engineering (Electrical/ Instrumentation) or equivalent.
