SALES & MARKETING MANAGER Kalimantan Timur We are an International PMA company which supplies high quality mining equipment to the mining industry throughout Indonesia, We currently have a vacancy available based in Balikpapan. Objective of the Position: The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for the acquisition of new customers, reporting to President Director, and will be tasked with the important role of growing their customer base and will be a key contributor in the culture and success story of Multifold Pumps. Hershel identifies and contact potential customers at decision making level, develops and presents solutions, negotiates and closes the deal. He/she is also responsible for developing the selling strategy and managing high profile customer relationships Tasks and Responsibilities: • Create and execute He vertical go to market and approach. • Identify market trends and development and notice potential business opportunities. • Generating leads and prospects. • Meeting sales targets and building a solid customer base. • Managing the sates process and sales cycle - end to end. • Providing strong customer

support.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years in similar role in mining industry.
• Great sales skills.
• In depth knowledge of products and related processes.
• Strong result orientation by prioritizing impact against input.
• Knowledge. experience and contact in the mining industry
• Mechanical or Engineering degree.
• Self motivated - able to work independently and drive me sales cycle.
• Organized person, attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, can manager remote and local relationship effectively.
