Requirements:
- Hold min. S1 degree with min. GPA 3,00 majoring in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Audit, Management, Administration or other related disciplines from reputables university.
- Possess min. 3 years experiences at similar position, preferable in palm oil or rubber plantation and CPO mill industry also in public accountant office.
- Great understanding of treasury functions, cash flow management and other financial activities.
- Has experience to handle full set of accounts, analysis and reconciliations of financial statement also familiar with accounting management information system is an advantage.
- Deep understanding and knowledges of tax, such as VAT, SPT & all income tax.
- Excellent skill of cost realisation report, estate technical and progress realisation analysis report.
- Good estate operation, mill, technical, administration concept and skill, such as business process, afdeling, mill process & maintenance, civil, ME, workshop, transportation, finance, accounting, budget, tax, HR & GA also logistic.
- Familiar with computer literacy (Ms. Office, ERP) & other proficient related software.
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal supervision.
- Multi tasking also meeting high standards as well as high quality.
- Able to function effectively as an individual or team player, self-motivated and well-organized person.
- Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and attention to detail person.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization also good command English is a good advantage.
- Willing to be placed and travel to plantations area across Indonesia.
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply for staff level position.
- Possess strong leadeship, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
