FIELD MANAGER (CODE : FM16)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the supervision and management of operations as well as for all aspects of field operations such as natural resources, human resources, HSE, good relationships etc. to achieve oil production target with lifting cost target.
Requirements:
a. Petroleum Engineering or Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized Indonesian university.
b. Having fiveteen (15) years of experience in oil and gas industry.
c. Having knowledge in WP&B and AFE
d. Good HSE knowledge
e. Strong leadership, interpersonal skill and communication skill.
f. Positive working attitude.
g. Good command of spoken and written in English.
The candidates must be willing to be based at field Kampung Minyak, in Muara Enim, Palembang, South Sumatera.

ELECTRIC (CODE : E16)
Responsibilities:
Prepare reports, technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems to ensure the installation and operations projects plan.
Requirements:
a. Possess a Diploma D3 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
b. At least 5 years of working experience in oil & gas industry/ telecommunication/ Electricity Company.
c. Positive working attitude (can work as teamwork, honest and responsible) and good communication skills.
d. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
e. Computer literate : Microsoft Office
f. Preferable have AK3 Umum certificate
The candidates must be willing to be based at field Kampung Minyak, in Muara Enim, Palembang, South Sumatera.

b. Manage Safety Health & Environment Programs
c. Implement Predictive maintenance System for production equipment
d. Responsible for Geological & Geophysical Studies
e. Responsible for Reservoir Engineering and Production Engineering
f. Responsible for Surface Facilities Engineering
g. Manage Drilling program
h. Manage Work over program
i. Manage relationship with oil & gas authority, partners and vendors
j. Manage community development program
k. Manage Work Programe & Budget (WP&B) and AFE
Requirements:
