Reporting To: Mine Manager
Main Responsibilities:
To plan and manage operational
activities including all aspects of mining and transporting overburden
and coal in order to achieve companys operational targets effectively
and efficiently in accordance with HSE standards.
• Set up
production strategy, monitor and evaluate its implementation to ensure
utilization level of mining equipment is optimized and productivity is
maximised.
• Monitor and control all activities within the Mine including transportation to Coal Processing Plant.
• Enforce and where necessary develop company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership and development to the operational team.
Job Specifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree

CPP AND MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
Reporting to: Mine Manager
Main Responsibilities:
To undertake operational and
maintenance activities associated with coal processing plants and
mechanical maintenance of both fixed and mobile assets. Achievement of
companys operational targets effectively and efficiently in accordance
with HSE standards.
• Set up maintenance strategy, maintenance
plans, monitor and evaluate its implementation to ensure availability
level of fixed plant and mobile mining equipment is optimized and
maximised.
• Monitor and control all activities relating to Fixed Plant and Mobile Equipment Maintenance.
• Enforce and where necessary develop company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership and development to the operational team.
Job Specifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 yrs experience as a Maintenance Superintendent

MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Reporting to: Commercial Services Manager
Main Responsibilities:
To develop and maintain maintenance planning strategy associated with coal processing plants and mobile mining equipment.

Set up maintenance strategy, maintenance plans, monitor and evaluate
its implementation to ensure availability level of mining equipment and
facilities are optimized and productivity is maximised.
• Develop project parts warehousing systems to improve overall maintenance practice.
• Audit all maintenance activities on mining projects.
Job Specifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 yrs experience as a Maintenance Planner for a first class Mining Company or Contractor
• Required Competencies: Fixed and Mobile Equipment Maintenance Management, Maintenance Planning, Equipment Management.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical and organisational skills
• Jakarta Head Office based with frequent project travel
HAULING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Reporting To: Sumatra CAO
Main Responsibilities:
To manage operational activities of haulage subcontractors hauling coal and rock on the Companys haul road.
•
Set up production strategy and plans, monitor and evaluate its
implementation to ensure utilization and availability levels of haulage
trucks are optimized and productivity is maximised.
• Monitor and
control all activities associated with haulage activities including cost
reporting, production, maintenance KPIs, safety etc.
• Enforce and where necessary develop company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership and development to the operational team.
Job Specifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5
yrs experience as a Haulage Operations Manager (or similar title) for a
major Indonesian Mining Company or Contractor
• Required

ADMIN AND GA SUPERVISOR
Reporting To: Admin Manager
Main Responsibilities:
To ensure and supervise all matters
related to the administration and the employment and thus creating
conditions conducive to all employees either internal or external to the
relevant institutions

• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Well knowledge of Labour law

SR. MINE PLAN
Reporting To: Mine Manager
Main Responsibilities:
To plan, manage and monitor the process
of the preparation of the annual plan for the design of the mine (Mine
Plan) base on the geological model of the geologist taking into account
the safety aspects of the mining process (eg slope/ steepness of mining
land, etc
Job Specifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining
• Minimum 5 years supervisory level experiences in the same field.
• Good knowledge to plan and design with MINESCAPE, Minex & XPac
mining software. Good ability to make mining plan / design / review
short term / long term plan.
• Have a POP certification
• Excellent communication, leadership, people development and managerial skills
• Rostered Position based in South Sumatra
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Reporting To: Maintenance Superintendent
Main Responsibilities:
To ensure, supervise and monitor all
the activities of the infrastructure repair and maintenance operations
at the mine site including machinery heavy equipment (dozers, conveyor,
etc), generator, electricity tools (Air conditioning and water pump, etc
Job Specifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in machinery/electrical
• Minimum 5 years supervisory level experiences in the same field.
• Ability to work in a team or individually, have a good communication skill, commitment and honest
• Strong administration, communication and leadership
• Rostered Position based in South Sumatra
FIELD FOREMAN
Reporting To: Field Supervisor.
Main Responsibilities:
To make sure and do supervision all
road construction activities in accordance with the target set by the
company based on the plan drawings and budget.
Job Specifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer
• Minimum 5 years supervisory level experiences in the same field.
• Ability to work in a team or individually, have a good communication skill, commitment and honest
• Strong administration, communication and leadership

FINANCE MANAGER
Reporting To: Finance and Accounting Director
Main Responsibilities:
To set up and implement financial
strategies and plans that have been made by the Finance Director in the
work plan each month and for a year , so that the performance of the
department work in accordance with the direction of the companys goals.
Prepared a report on the results of the financial analysis of the
company regularly , including the budget and expenditures of the company
, as well as the companys cash liquidity level , to measure the
performance of the company from a financial standpoint . Monitor and
control corporate spending on cash liquidity status of the company to
maintain the availability of funds to finance the operations of the
company
Job Specifications:
• Minimum Master Degree in Accounting or Commercial
• Minimum 5 years Managerial level experiences .
• Excellent in analysis and financial control.

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Reporting To: Finance Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Do all Administration and financial activities base on Finance Manager direction
Do
and control corporate spending on cash day to day operation base on the
availability of funds to finance the operations of the company

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Commercial
• Minimum 3 years in the same position.
